教师教育中学科自封闭现象及改进之原理研究

【摘要】 教师教育在整个教育体系中处于“工作母机”的地位,其质量的好坏直接影响到师资水平的高低。在长期的分学科教学形式的影响下,教师教育逐渐走进了学科自封闭的困境。在教师教育中,学科渐渐忽视了其本质的意义,成为了修饰教育对象外在的一种工具,对培养具备全面素质的现代师资的目标产生了一定的冲击,影响了基础教育师资水平,进而造成基础教育不能适应时代的发展。 本文以文献、调查、比较等研究方法对教师教育中学科自封闭现象的涵义、表现、形成原因及在教师教育中如何突破学科自封闭现象进行了研究,旨在通过研究,探讨教师教育中存在的问题,并试图寻求解决问题的办法,为进行教师教育改革、提高教师教育质量从学科的角度提出合理的建议。 文章分为两个部分。第一部分为教师教育中学科自封闭现象的涵义,论述了学科自封闭的涵义、在教师教育中的表现及形成原因。第二部分为教师教育必须突破学科自封闭,从正反两个方面分析了学科自封闭对教师教育的影响,并在此基础上,提出了突破学科自封闭的建议。

【Abstract】 Teaching education is a "machine tool" at the whole teaching system, the quality of which directly influences the quality of teachers. As the result of long-term specialized teaching, teaching education comes in the strange circle of Subject-self-closure, where subjects degrades its essential meaning, difficult to obtain the objective of cultivating high qualified teachers, then causes the basic education falling behind the developing of society.Using various researching methods, such as investigation and contrast, the dissertation analyses the content, characteristics, and forming causes of the Subject-self-closure, and then expounds why and how the teaching education can surmounts Subject-self-closure, finally provides some reasonable resolutions to solve the problem, and applications for teaching practice.The dissertation is divides into two parts: the first is the analyst of the content , characteristics and causes of Subject-self-closure, the second is expounding the necessity of solving the problem from two sides ,and providing some resolutions on the basis of the detailed analyst.
