校规中惩罚规定的合理性与教师的执行程度及中学生偏差行为关系之探讨

【摘要】 本研究旨在探讨惩罚规定的合理性、教师执行惩罚规定程度与中学生偏差行为间之关系。研究方法是采取问卷调查法,对澳门的初中一至初中三学生共223人(男生119人。女生104人),及教师共27人(男教师11人,女教师16人),以随机抽样方式进行问卷调查,并利用spss10.0作为分析工具,采用因素分析、F检验、卡方分析、两两相关等方法对问卷资料进行了统计分析。本研究得出如下结论: 1.学生对惩罚规定是否合理的看法与其家人的管教方式、对学校的归属感、容易受他人影响三个变量有显着关系。 2.学生偏差行为与其就读的级别、对学校的归属感、容易受他人影响三个变量有显着的关系。 3.对学校的归属感、学校赋与处理学生权力、学校对顽劣不改的学生处理方式三个变量均直接影响教师对惩罚规定的执行程度。 4.学生的偏差行为与校规中的惩罚规定是否合理没有相关。 5.无论在教师或学生的眼中,均认为学生的偏差行为与教师执行惩罚规定的程度有非常显着的相关。

【Abstract】 The present study aims at the studying of the interrelationship of the reasonableness of a school’ s punishment regulations, the teacher’ s strictness in its implementation and the deviance of the students. The data for the study is taken from the answers to questionnaires dispatched to the teachers and students under study. The statistical method used is simple random sampling . The sample size is 223 junior-secondary students (119 males and 104 females) and 27 teachers (11 males and 16 females). The collected data is analyzed with Spss 10. 0 which includes Factor Analysis, One-Way ANOVA, Chi Square Test and Bivariate Correlations.The conclusions of the study are:1. The students’ viewpoints on the punishment regulations is closely related to the kind of family education they receive at home, their degree of attachment to the school and their degree of susceptibility to external influences.2. Students’ deviance is closely related to their attachment to their school.3. The level of strictness with which a teacher implements the punishment regulations is directly related to his attachment to his school, the amount of power delegated to him by the school and the school authority’ s way of handling persistent school-rule breakers who show no signs of repentance.4. Students’ deviance is unrelated to the reasonableness of the punishment regulations.5. It is the viewpoint of both the teachers and the students that students’ deviance is strongly related to the level of strictness with which the punishment regulations are implemented by the relevant teachers.
