【摘要】 本文基于船舶交通管理(VTS，Vessel Traffic Services)系统对信息管理子系统的要求，以及数据库技术在信息系统中应用的研究，提出信息管理系统的实施方案并实现。信息管理子系统通过对船舶信息处理，来协助操作人员对船舶交通进行管理和为船舶交通规划决策部门提供可靠资料支持。随着信息时代的发展，传统的信息管理系统已经不能适应现代VTS系统发展需要，尤其缺乏在大量船舶数据中发现船舶交通规律的功能，故本文针对上述薄弱点进行了以下研究。 本文在对船舶交通流量统计特性中的分布函数的研究中，分析了最大熵拟合法，提出了一种基于最小二乘法思想的算法——多项式拟合法，并与惯用的X~2校验相比较，验证了其可行性。同时在研究船舶交通的交通规律中引入了一种统计方法——圆形分布法，计算交通流量高峰期。 本文中对实现信息管理系统的数据库技术进行了研究，比较几种数据模型，确立系统方案，实现VTS信息管理系统并阐述了系统的结构和功能。 本文研究的信息管理系统，作为交通部重点科研项目《VTS操作训练模拟器的研制》中的VTS操作训练模拟器的一个重要组成部分，该项目现已通过鉴定，评为国际先进水平。更多还原

【Abstract】 This thesis brought forward the implement scheme of the VTS information management system and caught it into execution basing on the requirement of VTS to the information management subsystem and the study on the implication of the database technology in the system. Managing the vessel information, information management subsystem can assist operator to supervise the vessel traffic and offer the reliable information to the department of vessel traffic programming and decision-making. But conventional information management system can’t meet with the development of the VTS system in many aspects, especially on the function of mining the vessel traffic rule from a great lot of vessel data. So the thesis conducted the research on the disadvantage mentioned above.In the research of the distributing function in the statistic character of the vessel traffic volume, the thesis analyzed maximum entropy fitting algorithm and put forward a new algorithm named polynomial-fitting-algorithm basing on the idea of lease-square-algorithm. The thesis also proved the feasibility of the new algorithmthrough comparing with %2 check. At the same time, this thesis introduced a statisticmethod ?round distribute method on the research of the rule of the vessel traffic to calculate the fastigium of the traffic volume.This thesis discussed the database technology, which is used to realize information management system, compared a few data models and established the system scheme and realized the system combined with the technology of data mining.This subject came from the item of Ministry of Communications named "The Development of VTS Operating and Training Simulator".
