开关磁阻电动机微机控制调速系统

【摘要】 开关型磁阻电动机驱动系统(Switched Reluctance Moter,简称SR电动机)是20世纪80年代迅猛发展起来的一种新型调速电机驱动系统。它的结构极其简单坚固,调速范围宽,调速性能优异,而且在整个调速范围内都具有较高的效率,系统可靠性高,是各国研究和开发的热点之一。 本文首先介绍了开关磁阻电机调速系统(SRD)的构成及其在国际国内的发展状况,并对开关磁阻电动机的特点和电磁原理进行了阐述,分析了其绕组电流在不同阶段的变化情况以及转矩、功率公式。 本文介绍了设计本系统所采用的功率变换器主电路,对电路的结构和有关参数进行了设计、计算。介绍了SRD的控制方式和本系统所采用的控制策略,对控制器的硬件电路进行了设计,控制器以89C52和89C2051双CPU为主控单元,采用模糊调节,发出相通断信号和角度信号,并和电流、电压等保护信号以及斩波信号相结合,实现对主功率元件的通断控制。编写了控制软件,采用模块化编程,增强了程序的通用性和可读性。最后在实验的基础上给出了系统在不同转速下的绕组电流,并对曲线进行了分析。

【Abstract】 Switched Reluctance Motor(SR) is a new-type drived-electromotor system which develops rapidly since 1980. The structure of the SRD is simple. It has a wide range and excellent performance in speed. It also has a high efficiency and high reliability. So the SRD is one of the hot spots which is studied and designed all over the world.This article primarily introduces the structure of Switched Reluctance Drive (SRD) system and its development at home and abroad. The characteristic of Switched Reluctance Motor (SRM) and its electro-magnetics principle were described in details. The variation of SRM winding current in different stage and the formula of toque and power were also analyzed in it.The structure of power circuit was designed and correlative parameter was calculated. The control method was introduced and the hardware of the controller was designed. The controller uses the 89C52 and 89C2051 as the main control unit and produces the on and off and angle signal of each phase. Combined with protecting signal and current chopping signal, it can control the IGBT on and off. The control software was programmed. The modular program can make the program universal and readable. The experiment waves of current and voltage of each phase in different speed and curve of toque and speed are given and analyzed at the end of the article.
