模糊控制在磷霉素钠生产过程控制中的应用与研究

【摘要】 本文以国家劳动部与东北制药总厂“磷酶素钠生产过程重大隐患与危险源识别与控制系统”攻关项目为背景,依托大连海事大学自动化研究所的“磷酶素钠生产过程重大隐患与危险源的识别与控制系统”。对东北制药总厂张士制药公司酯化生产过程用计算机控制来代替原来的人工操作。我们针对间歇生产过程不连续性、非稳态和不确定性的特点并结合现场带夹层的反应釜非线性、时滞、机理复杂的特征。比较当前工业上常用的串级控制和PID控制难以对此类系统奏效和控制参数难确定的缺点。选用模糊控制的方法对磷酶素钠酯化生产的三个恒温过程进行控制。在模糊控制器的设计上我们既借鉴模糊控制在其它工业过程中应用的成功经验,又对原有的串级控制的设计方法进行了改造。在确定模糊控制规则上,我们大量吸收来自现场的工程师和操作人员的操作经验对模糊控制规则进行了反复的修改,使模糊控制方法成功地应用到了制药生产过程控制中。 本控制系统自投运到生产现场后,达到了工艺上的温度控制要求为改变药品生产过程主要依靠人工操作、提高生产过程的安全、降低原料能源消耗和提高产品收率进行了尝试,同时也为化工、食品和饮料等其它工业中的间歇式生产过程计算机控制提供了很好的参考。

【Abstract】 This paper is grounded on the project of tackle key to problem which is initiated by Nation Labor Department and Northeast General pharmaceutical Factory , rely on "identifying of a serious danger source and control system in produce process of fosforncin sodium" by Automation Control Institute of Dalian Maritime University. We replace manual operation by the computer system in ZhangShi pharmaceutical company which is one of factories of Northeast General pharmaceutical Factory. We aimed at discontinuity, uncertainty, instability in intermission produce control. Because serial controllers and PID controller haven’t good effect on this type system and the control parameters are difficult to be determined. We apply fuzzy controller to the process which includes three subsidiary constant temperature process. In the course of designing fuzzy control, we not only borrow ideas from experience of good fuzzy controllers running in other industrial process, but also reconstruct the design ways of serial controllers, when determining the fuzzy rules, we refered to lots of practical experience from engineers and workers in the spot. In the end our fuzzy controller can run successfully.This computer control system with fuzzy controllers has research the request in technics. The success is a good test in changing manual operation in pharmaceutical factories and enhancing the safety, material consume and enhancing the radio of production. It also gives a good example which can be used in chemical industry, food industry and drink industry.
