【摘要】 进入20世纪90年代以来，伴随着经济全球化进程的加快，集装箱枢纽港的竞争也日趋激烈，为了在新一轮的枢纽港竞争中抢占先机，世界各国都把集装箱枢纽港的建设作为其港口发展的重点。我国是世界上最大的集装箱货源生成地，但到目前为止还没有一个真正的国际集装箱枢纽港，大量货物经过境外中转，严重阻碍了我国集装箱运输的发展，为此，建立国际集装箱枢纽港是我们势在必行的任务。 本文首先分析了世界集装箱港口的发展趋势以及我国集装箱港口的发展现状，在此基础上对我国建设国际集装箱枢纽港的必要性和可行性进行了分析。然后本文从枢纽港的形成及发展模式、所处地理位置以及所具有的功能三个角度对国际集装箱枢纽港进行了分类，并以世界上几个大型的国际集装箱枢纽港为参照物分析了其形成的条件及特征，进而得出了国际集装箱枢纽港的评价因素。其次本文对国际集装箱枢纽港的一个重要评价因素集装箱生成量进行了重点分析，从国际集装箱的生成机制入手，找出影响集装箱生成量的几个重要因素，并建立集装箱生成量的BP神经网络模型对我国国际集装箱生成量进行了预测。最后，针对我国现有的集装箱枢纽港雏形，结合对国际集装箱枢纽港应具备的因素的分析，利用模糊数学的知识，建立了国际集装箱枢纽港模糊综合评判模型，并利用该模型对我国前八位集装箱港口进行了分析比较，提出了建设国际集装箱枢纽港的建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 In the recent ten years, accompanying with the accelerated globality trend of world economy, competition for hub port becomes more and more fierce. In order to be more active in the incoming competition, many countries regard the construction of ports as the emphasis of the development of their ports. Our country is the biggest generating place for the supply of container goods, however there even isn’t an international hub port in deed. A great deal of goods should be transferred overseas, which interfered the development of our container transportation seriously. As a result, it is imperative to construct the container hub port in our country.In the first, on the basis of analysis on the development trend of world container ports and current condition of our container ports, this thesis discusses the feasibility and necessity of the construction of international hub ports in our country. In the second, the sorts and characters of international container hub ports are analyzed, then evaluation factors of hub ports are educed. In the third, this thesis lays emphasis on the analysis and forecast of international container productions because it is the theoretical base of the construction of hub ports. Based on the analysis of product factors of container productions, this thesis brings forward an ANN model to forecast container productions in our country, and gains satisfactory forecast result. At last, with the study of container hub ports rudiments of our country, this thesis presents a fuzzy comprehensive judgment model for container hub ports, which is applied in eight container ports in our country, then it puts forward some suggestions on constructing our international container hub ports.更多还原
