【摘要】 本文对大连航运集团新加坡远荣控股有限公司(简称远荣控股有限公司)在当前国际形势下所处的现状进行了分析，针对该公司特点，结合东南亚航运的现状，对远荣控股有限公司的发展战略问题进行了研究。 本文结合大连航运集团新加坡远荣控股有限公司几年来的成功经验，在分析公司所处的市场环境及集装箱运量预测的基础上，着重从公司集装箱船舶期租和集装箱船舶运输的经营和管理两方面入手，探讨了公司今后的在集装箱船舶业务方面的发展战略，为作为投资集装箱船舶进行期租经营或运输经营的中国船公司或航运企业如何降低运作成本追求最大的利润回报以及如何从战略的角度从事集装箱船舶经营提供参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 This thesis focuses on analyzing the actual situation YuanRong Limited Company facing to in the new international environment. Considering the advantages of YuanRong Limited Company and the environment of the shipping market in southeast Asia, this article gives comprehensive analysis on the circumstances of YuanRong Limited Company. It also reaches the devices on how to develop YuanRong Limited Company.The article generalizes the successful factors of YuanRong Limited Company in the last few years. On the basis of analyzing the shipping market and quantitative prediction, the paper discusses container ship’s chartering and company’s operation and management. The article also shows light on how to promote container ship’s business in the future and comes up with some reasonable strategies. This article shows some references to container ship chartering and shipping company operation. It also shows shipping companies how to cut down the cost and pursue the company’s goals.The article presents scientific basis for company management and decision making of shipping companies.更多还原
