基于火焰图像处理的熟料窑自动控制系统

【摘要】 中国长城铝业公司氧化铝生产的整个工艺流程,主要分为拜尔法和烧结法,其中,熟料烧成是烧结法生产氧化铝的关键,它直接影响氧化铝产量的高低和主要经济技术指标的好坏。 孰料烧成生产过程中,降低能耗是最主要的控制目标之一,在保证熟料烧成产品质量的前提之下,节约熟料窑的给煤量可以直接达到降低能耗的目的。本文以熟料窑内火焰燃烧状态为研究与控制对象,应用图像处理技术对熟料窑火焰燃烧状态进行分析。以火焰分析系统为基础,开发的熟料窑在线检测监控系统为节能降耗创造了条件。 研究内容和成果有: (1) 在对火焰燃烧的图像进行分析的基础上,提出了适合我公司熟料窑生产工艺技术条件和期望技术经济指标的火焰分析方法。 (2) 为解决目前熟料窑控制系统中普遍存在的、能够用于描述熟料窑综合情况的数据不足这一问题,研究了如何运用图像处理技术从火焰燃烧的实时图像中获取所需的关键参数的方法。向着实现对熟料窑的直接检测和控制迈出了探索性的一步。 (3) 以火焰图像数据分析的结果为基础,构造了一个完整的熟料窑生产过程监控系统。与常规监控系统相比,本系统大大增强了控制系统获取和处理外部信息的能力,能够确保整个控制系统具有理想的控制精度、良好的适应能力和鲁棒性。 该系统在中国长城铝业公司熟料窑生产中的应用结果表明,这一控制技术保证了本文提出的工艺技术条件得以稳定实现,达到了预期的经济技术指标,取得了显著的增产节能效果。因此,基于图像处理技术的熟料窑火焰分析系统可以广泛的推广应用于同类熟料窑和其它窑炉生产过程。

【Abstract】 In Chinese Great Wall Aluminum Company whole production craft of the alumina the process to primarily is divided in Baier method and Shaojie method. Thereinto processed material burning is the key to produce the alumina in Shaojie method. It directly affects to the alumina yields high and low with primarily the quality of the economic technique target.In this process center lower the energy to consume is one of the most control purposes. At guarantee the processed material burning the premise of the product quantity under economize the coal usage of the processed material kiln the deal can directly attain the purpose to lower the energy to consume. In this paper flames burn graphic in processed material kiln is regard as the actions and experiment research and control object. At the same time I proceed extensive and deep study for the application of image process technique in the processed material kiln flames analyze in the process.The main work of the research process have with result(1) Bring forward to suit processed material kiln of company to produce the craft technique the term with expect the technique the flames of the economic index sign the analysis the method on foundation towards flames burned that diagram resemble proceeds the analysis(2) For the solution the question of inside of control system of processed material kiln that can used for to describing of widespread esse the data synthesize how not enough this problem of circumstance studied to make use of the image processing technique from the flames the image as inside obtain a method for key parameter for needing. The facing realizes to exceed with control outed the one step of the quested to the direct examination of processed material kiln.(3) Regarding the result of the data analysis as the foundation we construct the production line of a complete and processed material kiln to supervise and control the system for foundation. Supervise and control system with normal regulations to compare this system to consumedly strengthened the control system to obtain with the ability of handling the exterior information. Whole control system that it can insure control accuracy - the good adapt ability and robustApplication result that that system is in the Chinese Great Wall aluminum company the processed material kiln of company produce the inside to express this control technique guaranteed the economic technique index sign that bring up of this text that can stability of term of craft technique realizes to come to due to is anticipant to obtain the result of great increase production and economy energy. Therefore according to the processed material kiln that image precess technique flames analysis system can extensive expansion application in the of the same kind the production line of the processed material kiln.
