岩溶地区复合桩基研究与应用

【摘要】 岩溶发育地区进行工程建设和施工历来是困扰设计与施工单位的重大难题,全国工程业界均给予了高度重视,急待寻求有效的解决方法和国家有关新的规范标准出台。 本文以湖南宁横公路观音地桥梁桩基的施工为对象,以《复杂岩溶地区桥梁桩特性研究与应用》理论作指导,通过对国内外岩溶发育现状和对工程设计与施工影响的分析,总结了以往复合桩基施工技术、装备、质量管理等成功经验,运用大型物模试验研究、数值模型研究和光弹性试验的技术成果,成功地对观音地桥梁桩基、中南大学生物中心大楼桩基础、潭邵路桥梁桩基等复杂岩溶地区的桩基,进行了岩溶顶板作为持力层厚度、桩基嵌岩深度的设计,并首次采用“人工挖孔桩+高压旋喷+钢构件”的复合桩基处理岩溶顶板底部溶洞层的新工艺,取得了显著效果,经济效益和社会效益均明显。为复杂岩溶地区的桩基施工探索了一条安全、快速、经济、高质的新路子,为工程界的技术人员在该领域的研究与应用,在理论与实践的结合上作了新的提示作用。

【Abstract】 Engionering construction of the region of developed canvity has being a critically difficult problem for a long time to engineering wnit which dsing and construct, to which had been paid much atlention by engiaeering’ s world all over the coantry. Therefore, there should be an effect resolution and new regulation to the problem in our country, which should be come into being as quickly as possible.The article, based on the design and construction of the Bridge pile-foundation of the Ning-Heng Highway GuanYing Di in HuNax province, and directed by the theory of the researd and application of Bridge Pile’ s specific property in the region of complexity canvity, analyses the present situation of developed canvity domestic and abroad and the effection of engineering’ s construction and design, which summarizes some successful experiences of construction technical of compound-pile-foundation ,eguipment and quantity management, and probe into the basic principal and patterns of the compound-pile-foundation’ s construction and design, Meanuhile, based on the achievements of the research of physical analogue test, numerous model and photoelastical test, we have designed the top panel as the thickness of bearing layer and deepness of rock-imbedded pile in complexity canvity’ s region such projects of Bridge-pile-frundation in Guan YingDi, the pile-foundation of Biological center Building in csu, Bridge pile-foundation of shaoTan Highway, which prored it successfully. The new technical that is the compound foundation of man-digged pile+ high pressure chemical churning pile+ Steel work, was first be used to consolidate the canvity layer of the bottom paael of canvity’ s top layer, which had been showed out standing etfect and save lot’ s of money and shorted the construction period. The technical presents a safe quick economical and high quantity way for the pile-foundation’ s construction in complicated canvity region and new theorial and practical referent materials for the researth and application in the region for engineering technitians.
