我国中小学教师的信息素养及其提升策略研究

【摘要】 2001年6月教育部颁布了《基础教育课程改革纲要》,决定从2001年秋季开始,在全国实行基础教育新的课程体系。这就要求教师要转变原有的教学方式、教学行为及教师角色,更多地作为教学的指导者、组织者、研究者、促进者等,教师原有的知识、意识、技能等已不能满足教学的要求,教师必须继续学习提高专业化水平。信息技术知识和能力既是教师的教育专业知识和技能,又是教师终身学习所必备的能力之一。因此,教师的信息素养水平对新课程的实施起到重要作用。我国从2001年开始用5—10年的时间,在中小学普及信息技术教育。信息技术教育的普及,会使学生更多地尝试新的学习方式,比如:研究性学习、自主学习、协作性学习等。在这些学习过程中,教师需要充分发挥信息技术的优势,为学生的学习和发展提供丰富多彩的教育环境和有利的学习工具。 从以上情况来看,教师必须具有很高的信息素养,才能满足新课程下的教学、学习的要求。然而,通过问卷调查和文献阅读,笔者发现我国中小学学科教师信息素养存在很多问题,很大一部分教师不能熟练使用计算机,更多的教师不能将技术应用到教学与学习方式之中,几乎所有的教师没有关于信息伦理道德方面的知识。这说明中小学教师的信息素养水平还很低。 在信息化的教育环境和新课程实施的背景下,当前教师的信息素养水平和教学需求之间产生了矛盾。因此,提升我国中小学教师的信息素养成为本文研究的主要目的。 通过调查研究、文献研究和比较研究,本文认为造成中小学教师信息素养水平较低的原因主要有三个方面,即:对于教师信息素养本身的内涵没有科学的界定,对教师教育重视不足,教师教育自身存在问题。针对这些原因,本文首先对教师信息素养的内涵进行了重新界定,在此基础之上,提出了提升中小学教师信息素养的具体策略。

【Abstract】 The Ministry of Education has enacted The Programe on curriculum Inovation in Basic Education (probationary)since June ,2001,which determined that the whole country would carry out new curriculum system in basic education from the autumn of 2001.That is to say ,teachers must change their teaching manners, teaching behaviors and the role as teachers into directors .organizers, researchers and promoters. The original knowledge, consciousness and skill will not satisfy the new teaching requirement, so teachers must promote their specialization standard. The information technology, as the professional knowledge and skill in teacher education, is one of required skills in teachers longlife study. The level of the teachers’ information literacy will play an important role in new curriculum implement. China would spend 5-10 years on the prevalence of the information technology curriculum in elementary school and high school from 2001.Thus, Students will attempt more new study manners, for exemple, research study, independent study ,corporative study and so on. Teachers will exert their information technology superity and supply students study and development with rich education environment and advantage study tool.From two aspects above, teachers must have good information literacy ,then satisfy teaching and study requirement of the new curriculum. However, writer find there are many problems in information literacy of subject teachers in our schools, after questionnaire and literature search. Teachers can not use computers skillful, and more teachers can not apply technology into teaching and studying, and all teachers hardly master knowledge about information ethic. That is to say, the level of information literacy of teachers is still very low.Accordingly, there has come to be contradiction between the level of information literacy of teachers and teaching requirement in the informational teaching environment and the new curriculum implement context. So how to promote the level of teachers information literacy hasbeen an issue. This is this thesis main aim.This thesis analyses three reasons for the low level of information literacy of teachers. First, there are not scientific definition on information literacy. Second, people pay little attention to teacher education. Third, there are many problem in teacher education self. According to these, this thesis brings forward the definition on information literacy at the beginning, then, gives the concrete strategy about how to promote the level of information literacy of teachers.
