排球教学中非指导性教学模式的理论探讨与实验研究

【摘要】 非指导性教学模式是在人本主义心理学指导下,是当代教学理论研究的重要课题之一。本文采用了文献研究、教学实验、问卷调查、专家访谈等多种方法,对非指导性教学模式的“理论依据”、“教学目标”、“教学程序”、“教学环境”和“教学评价”等方面进行了深入细致的研究,归纳出了非指导性教学模式的2个优势:(1)强调带有师范特色的师生关系,(2)在教学中鼓励“反思”。从理论上证明了非指导性教学模式应用于高师体育教育专业排球普修课教学中的可行性和优势。通过教学实验证明非指导性教学模式比传统教学模式更有利于学生理论知识水平、技术、技能和社会性情感的提高,且可以提高学生所学知识的记忆保持量。通过实验结果可以看出,非指导性教学模式应用于高师体育教育专业排球普修课教学中可以实现教学目标并且有利于学生自学能力的提高。同时,本模式更强调学生的积极参与,突出了师范性的特点,并且提倡学生在教学过程中的反思。因此,非指导性教学模式不但适用于高师体育教育专业排球教学,而且为其它专业教学模式的改革提供了有益的参考。

【Abstract】 Now, Non-directive teaching pattern instructed by the humanistic Education is one of the must important and successful teaching reform which has been studied. By means of literature research, teaching experiment questionnaire, experts interview, etc, this pattern makes an incisive and detailed research on the "theoretical basis, teaching aim, teaching procedure, teaching environment and teaching evaluation" of the Non-directive teaching pattern. The two major advantages of the Non-directive teaching pattern (emphasize the relationship between teacher and students with Normal, encourage reflection) are thus induced. Theoretically it proves the feasibility and advantage of the application of No-directive teaching pattern to the volleyball teaching in Normal physical majors, from the teaching experiment, we come to realize that the Non directive teaching pattern is superior to the traditional on in enhancing the trainee’s theoretical level, skill and social feelings and considerably enhances the trainee’s memorizing ability. We can reaching a conclusion that the application of the Non-directive teaching pattern to the volleyball teaching in college physical majors can help to achieve the anticipated teaching aim and benefits a lot to the development of the students’ self-education. Therefore the Non-directive teaching pattern not only applies to the volleyball teaching in college physical majors, but also provides valuable reference to other academic teaching pattern’s reform.
