新课程理念下课堂教学评价的研究

【摘要】 课堂教学评价是教育评价的一个重要组成部分,是教学评价的一个主要方面。它主要是对教师与学生在课堂上的活动及效果,即教师的教与学生的学进行系统检测,并评定其价值和优缺点,以求改进的过程。课堂教学评价对于促进教学、教研水平的提高,加强教学管理具有重要意义,是实施素质教育、保证课程改革的顺利实施、大面积提高教育质量的重大措施。我们已经进入知识经济时代,我国的教育改革也已取得很大进步。第三次全教会对素质教育的重新诠释、基础教育课程改革的不断深入进行等都对课堂教学评价提出了新的要求。所以,我们应该顺应时代的发展,在课堂教学中以学生为主体,真正促进学生的发展,注重培养学生的创新意识和创新思维习惯,重视价值观和人生观的养成,注重学生的心理素质的培养等,这是新时期课堂教学的标准。因此,评价课堂教学时应从教师的教和学生的学两方面考虑,确立发展的评价观,采用灵活的方式进行评价。本文力求在对以往教学评价中存在的问题的分析的基础上,做到遵循素质教育理念和课程改革的精神,树立以人为本的发展性评价理念,结合工作实际,确立新形势下的评价标准和内容,并采用一定的评价方法,科学地对课堂教学进行评价。

【Abstract】 The evaluation of classroom teaching, which is a course in which the teaching and learning is being examined systematically, is one of the important parts of the education evaluation. It focuses on the value and the shortcomings of the teaching and gives some instructions. The evaluation of classroom teaching plays an important role in improving the educational level and strengthening the education administration. It’s one of the main measurements in carrying out the equality education and improving the education quality. We have stepped into the era of knowledge-economy. The reform on education in our country has been developed more. Both the new explanation of the Equality Education in the third National Education Meeting and the reform on the curriculums bring up new requirements on evaluation of the classroom teaching. So we must follow the development of the era and consider the students to be the main part of the classroom teaching. We must mainly cultivate the exploring spirit and the healthy mind of the students. This paper is based on the analysis of the problems in evaluation, following the spirits of the quality education and the curriculum reform, and combining the theory with practice to form the new evaluation standards and contents, then we can evaluate the classroom teaching scientifically.
