高校德育教学主体素质简论

【摘要】 高校德育是大力加强基层公民道德教育的关键一步,是进行系统道德教育的主阵地,是社会主义道德建设的基础性环节,对于贯彻以德治国的方略、推动经济全面发展和社会进步起到重要作用。作为高校德育教学主体的教师,对于高校德育教学的效果将起到决定性的作用。 高校德育教师素质构成直接影响教学效果。德育教师素质主要由政治素质、理论素质、科学文化素质、心理素质、思想素质、道德素质构成。德育教师的完善和发展的必要性是由教学主体的内在需要和外在需求所决定的。主体的自我完善要求主体不断增强主体意识、讲学习、讲政治、讲正气、深化科学研究。主体的整体发展要求教育主管部门和各高校树立大德育观念,搞好宏观调整整体推进。同时,德育教学主体的创新是主体自我完善的重要途径和方法,在市场经济的大背景下,主体要从内容上加以创新和研究。主要有:与时俱进开展三观教育;在教学中全面贯彻“三个代表”思想;完善道德观;加强心理健康教育;把道德教育与法制教育结合起来;把道德教育与理论教育结合起来。

【Abstract】 The moral education of colleges and universities, which is the key to devote major efforts to strengthen the moral education of citizens of primary level, is the main position to go on with moral education, is the basic link of socialistic morality construction, plays an important role on carrying out the principle and plan for morality government, promoting the economic development and social progress. As teaching main body of colleges and universities’ moral education, the teachers play a decisive role on teaching effects of its moral education.Its teacher standard’s composition influence teaching effects directly .. The teacher standard of moral education is formed mainly by political standard, theoretical standard, scientific and cultural standard, psychological standard, ideological standard and moral standard. The perfection and developing necessity of moral education’s teacher is determined by inner needs and external requirements of educational main body. The self-perfection of main body demands that it strengthen ideology, stress study, stress politic, stress healthy trends, deepen scientific research. Its whole development demands that the department in charge and colleges and universities adopt moral education’s idea, do the whole advance of macro-adjust well. Meanwhile, the innovation is an important ways and methods of main body’s self-perfectibility. At the background of market economy, the main body is innovated and researched on contents.
