【摘要】 伴随着经济全球化和服务一体化的趋势，企业的边界日益呈现出动态性和模糊性，而ERP对于企业的管理尚未涉及外部模糊性的资源。本文就是针对这一问题进行系统研究的。 首先，对企业资源计划相关理论进行了简单介绍：其次，对典型ERP软件进行系统分析，总结了当前ERP系统存在的普遍不足，重点分析了其在模糊性资源方面规划的缺陷。本文的核心部分在于研究模糊边界下的企业资源配置问题。第一，为了科学的描述企业的边界是如何呈现出模糊动态性的，引入量子力学中共价键的相关理论，构建了企业模糊边界概念模型。第二，结合现代企业资源的特性，运用具有惩罚因子的模糊非线性规划模型来实现对模糊边界下的企业资源的优化配置，建立了相应的模型。在此基础上，提出了基于模糊边界的ERP的基本思想，根据该思想路线，构造了基于模糊边界的ERP的总体结构。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the global economy and the unifying service, the boundary of enterprise will be dynamic and fuzzy. But ERP manages the enterprise resources without the fuzzy resources. The paper will research this question.First of all, the paper introduces the theory of ERP. Secondly, it concludes the shortcoming of the existing ERP systems at the side of fuzzy resources through analyzing several topic ERP systems. Allocating the resources based on the fuzzy boundary is the emphasis and core of this paper. The covalent bond theory in quantum mechanics is used to describe scientifically the dynamic character of the boundary of enterprise, and the notional model of the enterprise fuzzy and dynamic boundary is founded in this paper. Then, the paper builds the model allocating enterprise resources by the nonlinear programming with fuzzy resources and penalty coefficients combining with the characteristic of enterprise resources. It develops the idea based on fuzzy boundary, and builds the whole structure of ERP based on fuzzy boundary according to this idea.更多还原
