尿素中和法制备云母珠光颜料的研究

【摘要】 本文以江苏宜兴申宜有限公司珠光级云母粉为原料,对云母粉进行了预处理,比较了云母粉处理前后的差异。 对尿素中和法制备云母钛珠光颜料过程中钛盐和尿素的水解动力学进行研究,得出反应级数α、表观活化能Ea和指前因子k0,给出了云母钛制备过程中钛盐和尿素水解的反应速率方程。根据钛盐浓度和加入速度的变化,提出了采用一次加入尿素,连续加入钛盐制备云母钛珠光颜料新加料方法。 考察了云母钛珠光颜料制备过程中反应温度、聚沉剂的加入量、晶型促进剂、煅烧温度及包覆率等因素对产品性能的影响,得出制备云母钛珠光颜料的适宜条件为:pH值应控制在2.2左右,反应温度定为90℃,搅拌速度控制在210转/分,钛盐的浓度为10%,加入速度为2mL/min,聚沉剂加入0.01g/L;云母钛珠光颜料在马弗炉中升温煅烧时,温度在100~200℃时应缓慢升温,以使颜料能完全脱水;不含锡盐的云母钛珠光颜料煅烧温度为700℃,煅烧时间为1h,并且在包覆率为25%时性能最佳;含锡盐的云母钛珠光颜料煅烧温度为850℃,煅烧时间为4h。 在云母钛珠光颜料制备的基础上,对云母铁珠光颜料制备过程中尿素和铁盐水解动力学进行研究,得出尿素和铁盐的水解规律,并对尿素和铁盐水解进行了关联。对制备云母铁珠光颜料影响的各种因素反应温度、煅烧温度、云母钛原料的包覆率等进行了实验研究,确定制备云母铁珠光颜料的适宜实验条件为:pH值控制在3.5,温度控制在90℃,铁盐浓度定为10~15%,转速定为210转/分,聚沉剂加入量为0.01g/L;煅烧温度为660℃,煅烧时间为1h。以二氧化钛包覆率25%的云母钛珠光颜料为原料,当氧化铁包覆率为4%时云母铁珠光颜料性能最佳;以二氧化钛包覆率5%的云母钛珠光颜料为原料,当氧化铁包覆率为20%时云母铁珠光颜料性能最佳。

【Abstract】 The article chooses nacreous mica power of Yi Xing Limited enterprise in Jiang su . We has pretreated mica power and compare the difference of mica .We study the dynamics of preparing nacreous pigment of mica titanium and work out the parameter of a , Ea , k0, and deduce the reaction of dynamics speed equation,during preparing nacreous pigment of mica titanium and adjust pH with urea . According to the concentration and jioning speed of titanium salt,we summarize to the new method that join urea once and join titanium salt in succession .The experiment studies effect factors such as reaction temperaturex the joining amount of gather reagent, crystal type promoting reagent, calcined temperature and the coated ratio in preparing nacreous pigment of mica titanium.we deduce the condition of preparing nacreous pigment of mica titanium: pH is 2.2;temperature is 90 C;stiring speed is 210 n/min; the concentration of titanium salt is 10%;joining speed is 2mL/min;the amount of gather reagent is 0.01g;After drying, mica titanium should be slowly promoted temperature to dehydrate entirety during 100-200 C when it be calcined; mica titanium without tin should be calcined Ih at 700 C and mica titanium that inclusive TO2 is 25% had better; mica titanium with tin should be calcined 4h at 850 C.After we prepare nacreous pigment of mica titanium, we study the dynamics of preparing nacreous pigment of mica iron and work out the parameter, and deduce the reaction of dynamics speed equation . Hydrolyzation of urea and iron salt in the preparing mica iron be related.We prepare nacreous pigment of mica iron at this base, and take into account effect factors such as reaction temperature, the am3.5nt of gather reagent, calcined temperature and the coated proportion of mica titanium we deduce the condition of preparing nacreous pigment of iron titanium: pH is 3.5;temperature is 90 C;stiring speed is 210 n/min; the concentration of iron salt is 10%;joining speed is 2mL/min;the amount of gather reagent is 0.01g; mica iron should be calcined 1h at 660 C; mica iron that incisive Fe2O3 is 4% had better by material of mica titanium inclusive TO2 is 25%; mica iron that incisive Fe2O3 is20% had better by material of mica titanium inclusive TO2 is 5%;.
