新型垂直筛板塔结构改进及性能研究

【摘要】 本文针对当前板式塔的发展现状,结合新型垂直筛板的研究成果,对新型垂直筛板的帽罩结构及性能进行研究。主要开展以下几个方面: 参考以往有关帽罩结构改进的工作,提出三种帽罩结构——倒盆顶帽罩、平顶帽罩、倒锥形帽罩,并对这三种新型帽罩塔板的流体力学性能进行初步测试。得出其湿板压降,雾沫夹带,以及漏液量的参数关联方程式。通过对三种帽罩之间流体力学性能与传统的标准型New VST帽罩流体力学性能的对比,最后筛选出性能优良的帽罩结构为倒盆顶帽罩。 液流强度对雾沫夹带的影响与以往的研究结果不一致,以往的研究认为液流强度对雾沫夹带没有影响,通过我们的实验研究得出一个新的结论:雾沫夹带随着液流强度的增大先增大后减小,在正常操作状态下,雾沫夹带存在一个极大值,这个极值点应是从强烈喷射状态向一般喷射状态转变的过渡点。 试验进一步研究了其它相关因素对倒盆顶帽罩的流体力学特性的影响,结果表明:罩体的排列方式不同,主要对雾沫夹带产生影响,罩间距越近罩间对喷程度越剧烈,雾沫夹带就越大,罩体距塔壁越近从罩体喷出的气液混合物与塔壁的碰撞越剧烈雾沫夹带就越大;增大罩体开孔比,有利于降低塔板压降,减小雾沫夹带。 研究了液体密度的改变对塔板流体力学性的影响,结果表明:液体密度增大,塔板压降升高,雾沫夹带减小,塔板漏液量增加。

【Abstract】 The thesis studies the structure and property of new vertical sieve tray’s cap combining it’s scientific researching production according to the developing state of today’s column of tray . The author mainly works on the following contents:The thesis proposes three kinds of capicap of inverse basin tip,cap of flat tip,cap of inverse taper .Also the author conducts hydrodynamics test of the three cap and gains parameter related equation of their pressure drop, liquid entrainment rate and the quantity of leaking liquid.. The cap of excellent property is selected by comparing the hydrodynamics of the three kinds of new cap and the traditional standard cap.The experiment shows that the effect of liquid speed towards liquid entrainment rate is that liquid entrainment rate increase at first and decrease later accompanying the increasing of liquid speed. On normal operating states, liquid entrainment rate have a peak value, the transition point from the state of intense spray to ordinary spray.The experiment further studies the effect of other related factors and gain the following results: the smaller the distance, the more intense of spray extent and the bigger of liquid entrainment rate; the bigger of placket rate, the smaller of tray’s pressure drop and liquid entrainment rate.Also, the author studied the effect of the change of liquid density towards the hydrodynamics property and gets the results that the higher the liquid density the higher of the tray pressure drop and the smaller of the liquid entrainment rate, the more of the quantity of leaking liquid.
