【摘要】 21世纪以高科技为核心的知识经济将占主导地位。教育作为知识创新、传播和应用的基础，培养和输送人才的摇篮，已经成为经济发展和社会进步的基础。现代远程教育是随着计算机网络技术和多媒体技术的发展而产生的一种新型教育模式。现代远程教育工程对推动我国社会经济的发展，迎接知识经济的到来，提高我国的综合国力产生了极大的影响。 远程教育的发展，需要大批多媒体网页课件作为资源支撑。本论文分析了基于网络的远程教育课程资源的多媒体网页课件的制作技术，给出了利用HTML的实现方法，同时，利用VBScript、JavaScript等脚本语言编辑脚本程序，实现网页的交互。并且音、视频文件采用RealNetworks流媒体技术进行传输、集成。 一个完整的课件，需要大量的多媒体教学素材，如果每次生产课件都重新制作这些素材，将耗费大量的制作时间，也不符合联网共享的精神，因此本论文建立了一个面向Internet的共享教学资源库，同时，设计制作了一种操作简单、功能强大的课件制作工具——远程教育多媒体课件制作合成系统，该系统主要包括组件制作子系统、课件合成子系统、课件点播子系统三个部分。更多还原

【Abstract】 The knowledge economy that the high-tech is the key will be in dominant status in the 21th century .As the basis of innovation radiation and application of knowledge and the cradle of cultivation transportation of person with ability, education has been the foundation of economic development and social advancement, modern distance education is produced as a new kind of educational model with the development of computer network technology and multimedia technology. Modern distance education engineering has an important effect on the advancement of social economy in our country, the advent of knowledge economy, and improvement of general national power.In order to advance the development of distance education, a large quantity of multimedia net page courseware is needed to be supported to resource. This article analyse the integration technology of multimedia net page courseware based distance educational course resource of internet and brings forward the way of Its net page realized by HTML, while the script language of VBScript&JavaScript is used to compile script program, and the communication of net page is realized. The audio and video document is transported and integrated by RealNetworks Stream media technology.An intact courseware needs a great deal of teaching material, if reproducing these material while every time producing these courseware, a great deal of time will be wasted and it also is not according with the spirit of net communion.
