【摘要】 激烈的市场竞争使制造业面临着严峻的挑战，产品创新是制造业在市场竞争中取胜的关键。随着快速成型(Rapid Prototyping，简称RP)技术、快速模具(Rapid Tooling，简称RT)技术的发展，可以采用RP技术和RT技术检验产品设计是否可行。这样缩短了产品设计周期，降低了产品成本。 随着电子商务技术和商品信息化的发展，网上服务也成为了新的经济增长点，并且渗透到了快速原型技术、快速模具技术和创新设计领域。 本论文是基于快速原型和快速模具技术和TRIZ理论的网上服务系统研究。着重介绍了快速原型技术、快速模具技术和创新设计理论，三者结合，开发生产适应新需求的产品。通过网络为客户提供快速、便捷的服务。本论文讨论了针对Internet的信息存储和访问方式，进行了面向RP和TRIZ网上服务系统的设计开发。 针对本系统，提出了一种在实践中行之有效的网络组成及其软、硬件配置方案，论述了系统组成、具体功能和技术体系结构。在此基础上，将Web技术和数据库技术相结合，采用ASP和SQL语言开发出网上定购RP、RT产品的系统和网上TRIZ服务系统，并且建立了一个商务站点。实现了基于分层实体制造快速工艺和快速模具的在线报价、网上发放订单、RP产品信息管理以及客户信息管理等功能单元。 本课题涉及到快速成型技术、快速模具技术、创新理论、电子商务和计算机网络系统开发，具有重大的理论意义和实际意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 Manufacturing faces severely challenge because of the drastic market competition. The innovation of products is the key of manufacturing winning in the market competition. With the development of rapid prototyping and rapid tooling, RP and RT technology can be used to inspect rationality of the product design, which can shorten product design period and reduce the product cost.With the development of E-business and information, network service has become the new economic increasing point and has infiltrated into RP, RT and TRIZ field recently.The thesis discusses service system of Internet based on RP, RT and TRIZ. Rapid prototyping technology and rapid tooling technology and TRIZ are introduced and combined to exploit new products which fit in with requirement, which can supply quickly and convenient service through network for customers. The information storage and visit modes, which aimes at Internet, are discussed, and this thesis is focused on the development of RP and TRIZ service system on Internet.Network construction of the system and configure scheme corresponding to the hardware and software are put forward according to the system. And the system structure, function subdivision and technic configure structures are discussed. Web and database technologies are combined to develop the software to order RP and RT products and to provide service on Internet based on TRIZ theory in ASP and SQL and create a web site. The functional units of LOM-based on-line pricing, making an order on Internet, RP products’ and customers’ information management are implemented.The thesis has great theoretic and practical meaning which involves rapid prototyping, rapid tooling, TRIZ, E-business and the development of computer’s network.更多还原
