【摘要】 本文旨在探索实验猕猴情志反应量化方法，为肝气逆、肝气郁两证猕猴模型情志反应评价提供客观衡量尺度。参考现代情绪心理学有关内容，将情志的表情、生理与体验成分有机整合，提出从表情入手以量表为评价工具的情志量化方案。通过详细考察，初步编制雌性实验猕猴表情观察与情绪评价量表。 结论：①雌性实验猕猴表情观察与情绪评价量表基本符合情志量化工具的要求，具有作为肝气逆、肝气郁两证猕猴模型情志反应客观衡量工具的可能性。②气质是影响两证发病类型的重要因素，对于实验猕猴的气质类型判定需要相应行为测验的开展。③对量表设定情绪因子的分析提示：焦虑情绪的引发可能是两证猕猴模型造模的关键，及时缓解焦虑情绪状态对于两证乃至其他情志疾病的发生可起到有效预防作用。④信度及效度检验结果提示：量表的修订及常模的确立有待于日后工作的继续开展。更多还原

【Abstract】 This thesis make the aim at exploring the means of quantifying the emotion reacting of experimenting macaque and supply a objective criterion to quantify the emotion react of the macaque models of Liver-qi Invasion Syndrome and Liver-qi Depression Syndrome. Refer to the contemporary relevant substances of emotional psychology, the author make the components of emotion which includes countenance, physiology and experience together reasonably, bring forward a quantification scheme which is opening the work from countenance, using scalogram as the rating tool to the emotion reaction. On the basis of making a considerably investigation, the author take the original try on drawing up The Countenance Observation and Emotion Rating Scale for Female Experimenting Macaque.Conclusion: ?The Countenance Observation and Emotion Rating Scale for Female Experimenting Macaque achieve the fundamental criterion of the quantifying emotion reaction tool. It have the probability of becoming the objective measuring tool to the macaque model of Liver-qi invasion syndrome and Liver-qi depression syndrome. (2) Disposition is one of the key elements which affecting the form of suffering from the illness of Liver-qi invasion syndrome or Liver-qi depression syndrome. To decide thedisposition form, we need to launch a series of relevant action tests to the experimenting macaque. (3) The emotion factor analysis to the scalogram prompt that worry emotion initiation maybe important in the macaque models of the two syndromes making, relieving worry condition without delay may act a valid precaution effect against the suffering from the two syndromes, even from the other emotion illnesses. ?The results of the reliability test and the validity test intimate to us that the revision and norm establishing to the scalogram need continuous researching in the future.更多还原
