克心痛滴丸的研制

Preparation and Evaluation of Kexingtong Dropping Pill

【摘要】 本文对治疗胸痹心痛(冠心病心绞痛)的复方中药制剂克心痛滴丸的研制进行了较为系统的探讨。通过L9(31)正交试验筛选了川芎提取工艺,应用大孔树脂吸附分离技术对川芎提取物进行了分离精制与富集;通过L9(31)正交试验,优选了酸提碱沉的经典方法提取延胡索的工艺参数。通过U6(46)均匀试验筛选最佳制备工艺,制得滴丸。本制剂质量标准的研究中,采用薄层色谱等方法对川芎、延胡索等进行了定性鉴别;采用高效毛细管电泳法(HPCE)对复方制剂中的阿魏酸,气相色谱法(GC)对麝香酮进行了定量控制。动物实验进一步证明该制剂起效迅速,具有明显改善心脏功能,保护心肌缺血的作用,且安全无毒。

【Abstract】 To study systematically the preparation of compound Chinese traditional herbal , Kexingtong dropping pill, which is used to treat the coronary heart disease and angina pectoris. The extraction technology of chuanxiong was screened by the orthogonal test. The extration was refined with the high aperture jaffaite .The technology parameter for extracting yanhusuo by the classic method of acidic dissolution and alkiline precipitation was optimized by the orthogonal test. The optimum techniques making Kexingtong dropping pi11 were screened by UB(46) evenly-designed choice. The quality standards of the pill were established. The Chuanxiong , yanhusuo and bingpian wore qual i tat i vely tested by TLC . Ferul ic acid was quantitatively anal yzed by IIPCE, and Muscone by GC. The animal experiments prove that the pill can be effective quickly, safe and innocuous, improve the heart function, and protect the myocardial ischemia obviously.
