【摘要】 目的：利用“SBE法”的基本研究模式，综合优选轻盈茶方药的半仿生提取法(SBE法)的工艺条件。 方法：根据SBE理论，借助均匀设计，对各种提取液作人参二醇、人参三醇、大黄酚、多糖、干浸膏的测定并进行综合比较。主要研究内容如下： (1)用均匀设计优选轻盈茶方药半仿生提取工艺条件； (2)轻盈茶方药用半仿生提取药材最佳组合方式的优选； (3)轻盈茶方药半仿生提取液醇沉浓度的优选； (4)轻盈茶方药4种方法提取液(半仿生提取液、半仿生提取醇沉液、水提液、水提醇沉液)的成分比较。 结果：轻盈茶方药半仿生提取最佳条件的三煎用水pH依次为：2.00、7.50、8.50，煎煮时间依次为：200min、100min、50min；最佳药材组合方式为人参、决明子两药分煎；为进一步去除杂质，以适用某些剂型的需要，优选出的半仿生最佳醇沉浓度为70％；对SBE法、半仿生提取醇法(SBAE)、水提法(WE)、水提醇沉法(WAE)4种方法提取液的成分进行比较，结果综合评价Y值的顺序为：SBE液＞WE液＞SBAE液＞WAE液，以SBE液中成分含量最高。 结论：利用“SBE法”的基本研究模式，综合优选出了轻盈茶方药的半仿生提取法(SBE法)的工艺条件，验证了SBE法研究模式的科学性和适用性，为进一步研制开发轻盈茶打下了坚实的基础。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: Optimizing the technological condition for extraction method of Qingying tea. Method: Take the panoxadiol, panoxatriol, chrysophanol, polysaccharide and dry extractas the indexes to optimize the extraction technology according to the theory of Semi-Biotic Extraction(SBE) by the method of even design, the drug combination by SBE method, the alcohol precipitation concentration, and finally compare the methods of SBE, Semi-Biotic Extraction and Alcohol precipitation(SBAE), Water Extraction(WE), Water Extraction and Alcohol precipitation(WAE).Result: The optimized pH values of the water used in decoctions by SBE method are 2.0,7.5,8.5 respectively; the time of each decoction is 200min, lOOmin, 50min; the better combination of drugs is to decoct them separately; the best alcohol precipitation concentration is 70%. The sequence of total index value is: SBE> WE > SBAE >WAE. Conclusion: The SBE method is the best extraction method in preparation of Qingying tea.更多还原
