【摘要】 区域城镇体系规划，特别是县域城镇体系规划在促进经济、社会、环境持续发展方面有着极其重要的作用。本研究以地理信息系统理论为指导，针对当前规划与管理上存在的问题和今后发展的需求，阐明了以先进的地理信息系统软件作为技术手段，建立区域城镇体系规划地理信息系统的重要意义。本研究在现有GIS软件的基础上，按照应用型地理信息系统的基本模式和县域城镇体系规划、管理的内容，进行了区域城镇体系规划地理信息系统(RUSPGIS)的设计及其理论探讨，并以此为框架，结合闽侯县城镇体系规划实践，建立了闽侯县城镇体系规划地理信息系统(MHUSPGIS)，最后以MAPINFO为后台支持，利用VB和MAPBASIC语言进行系统集成。实践表明，该系统具有数据输入、存储、管理、属性检索、数据统计、数据分析、图形浏览、媒体播放、信息输出等功能，基本达到了设计要求。更多还原

【Abstract】 Regional Urban System Planning, especially County’s Urban System Planning plays a vital role in the sustainable development of economy, society and environment. Based on the guide of geographic information systematic theories, this paper, aiming at existing problems currently and future developing demands in plan and management of Regional Urban System, illustrates the importance of establishing Regional Urban System Planning Geographic Information System (RUSPGIS) with taking advanced GIS software as the technical method.Now, on the basis of the existing GIS software, the thesis studies and designs Geographic Information System for Regional Urban System Planning and probes into its theories according to basic model of application-oriented geographic information system and contents of plan and management in County’s Urban System. And the paper carries it out in Village-Town System of Minhou county, Fujian. Finally, relying on the support of MAPINFO, MAPBASIC and VB, the paper studies the multi-source systematic integration. The system debugged shows it has many functions such as inputting data, storing, managing, browsing map, searching, counting data, analyzing data, playing multimedia, exporting information, etc, and achieves fundamentally desired aims.更多还原
