【摘要】 人民内部突发性群体矛盾，是新时期人民内部矛盾的一个突出表现，是人民内部矛盾的一种新动向。同以往的人民内部矛盾相比，突发性群体矛盾涉及面广，矛盾复杂，若处理不当，势必影响社会的安定和政局的稳定。本文以毛泽东《关于正确处理人民内部矛盾的问题》为指针，概述了当前人民内部突发性群体矛盾的性质、特征及其社会影响，并从社会转型、干群关系、社会民主与法制、民族与宗教问题以及党的基层政权组织等诸方面深入剖析了引发此类突发性群体矛盾的成因。在此基础上，通过认真总结和研究毛泽东及我们党在处理人民内部矛盾问题上的贡献与失误、经验与教训，本文又从强化党的政治权威、加速发展、完善利益协调机制、建立工作机制、健全“安全阀”机制、完备法制机制以及加强社会主义精神文明建设等方面着力阐释人民内部突发性群体矛盾的预防。最后，在实际操作层面对如何科学、有效地处置突发性群体矛盾作了一番初探。更多还原

【Abstract】 Paroxysmal colony contraction inside People is a noticeable representation of People’s internal contraction in the new times, showing a kind of new trend on People’s internal contraction. Compared with the past People’s internal contraction, paroxysmal colony contraction covers a wide range and is very complicated. If being handled improperly, it’s sure to influence social and political stability. Guided with Questions on rightly dealing with People’s internal contraction by Maozedong, the article summarizes the nature, characteristics and its social influence of the current People’s internal contraction, going deeply to analyze the rooting causes of this kind of paroxysmal colony contraction from the aspects of social transformation, relations between the cadre and the mass, social democracy and law, nationality and religion, and Party’s political power organization on the base level. Based on that, through carefully summarizing and studying the contributions and mistakes, experiences and lessons on handling People’s internal contraction by Maozedong and our Party, the article forcefully expatiate how to prevent People’s internal paroxysmal colony contraction from the perspectives of strengthening Party’s political authority, accelerating and improving the interests’ coordination institution, setting up working institution, improving relief valve institution and law institution, enhancing socialism spirit and culture construction. In the end, the article makes an initial explore on how to handle paroxysmal colony contraction scientifically and effectively in practice.更多还原
