【摘要】 旅游业正逐渐成为当今世界第一大产业，我国正处于旅游业大发展进程中。旅游资源作为旅游业发展的基础，是旅游系统中不可或缺的组成部分。如何有效地开发、保护、管理、规划、宣传好旅游资源是保证旅游业可持续发展的一个重要方面。在信息时代，信息已成为旅游业的命脉，信息技术的应用推动了旅游业的第二次革命，成为了旅游业可持续发展的关键因素。福州市是中国优秀旅游城市，又是全省旅游资源大市，如何充分利用这一资源优势来促进福州市旅游的发展是摆在人们面前的重要课题。本文尝试利用现代空间信息技术——地理信息系统(GIS)设计和开发福州市旅游资源管理信息系统，以期为福州市旅游发展做出贡献。 本文首先通过对旅游资源信息系统的作用和国内外旅游信息系统研究现状的分析，探讨了旅游资源管理信息系统的发展趋势；接着分析了福州市建立旅游资源管理信息系统的必要性、重要性和可行性；然后以先进的地理信息系统软件——MapInfo软件作为开发平台，以MapBasic和VB语言作为开发工具，面向旅游者、旅游经营者、旅游管理者以及旅游规划者，进行福州市旅游资源管理信息系统的设计与开发，并结合数学模型建立旅游资源评价专家系统，收集和管理旅游资源各方面信息，旨在为福州市旅游资源的合理开发、有效保护、科学规划、广泛宣传提供支持，最终促进福州市旅游的可持续发展；最后应用该系统对福州市旅游资源进行管理，并针对目前福州市旅游资源管理信息化建设的现状，提出了若干对策和措施。更多还原

【Abstract】 Tourism is gradually becoming the first biggest industry in the world. China is in the cource of fast developing its tourism industry in this centry. As the foundation of tourism, tourism resources are the indispensably part of the tourism system. It will ensure the sustainable development of tourism how to exploit, protect, manage, plan and publicize tourism resources effectively. In the age of information, information is the life line of tourism. The application of the information technology promotes the second revolution of tourism. It has become the key factor of the sustainable development of tourism. Fuzhou is the excellent city of China and the great city of tourism resources. It is unfold how to make full use of the resource superority to promote the tourism of Fuzhou. Applying the advanced spacialinformation technology-- Geographic Information System (GIS), we attempt to designand develop the Tourism Resources Management Information System(TRMIS) in Fuzhou in order to contribute to the development of the Fuzhou’s tourism.Firstly, having analysed the functions of TRMIS and the present research situations on Tourism Information System(TIS) at home and abroad, the thesis discusses the developing trend of TRMIS. Secondly, having analysed the importance, necessity and feasibility of setting up the TRMIS in fuzhou, we design and exploit the TRMIS in fuzhou based on the software ofGIS--Maplnfo and the languages of MapBasic and VB for the tourist, the tourism operator,the tourism manager and the tourism planner and combining the mathematics model constitute the expert system(ES) of evaluating tourism resources to gather and manage all aspects of information of tourism resources and sustain the exploitation, planning, protection and publicity of the fuzhou’s tourism resources and accelerate the sustainable development of fuzhou’s tourism. Thirdly, we apply the system and manage the fuzhou’s tourism resources. Finally aiming at the actuality of the informatization of fuzhou’s tourism resources, we put forward a few countermeasures.更多还原
