城市旅游形象的策划

【摘要】 城市旅游形象是吸引游客的最关键的因素之一,因此城市旅游的核心是在大众心目中定位设计一个独特、鲜明、具有强感召力、而又真实可信的旅游形象。本文通过对国内外相关旅游形象研究资料的评述,从引入企业形象及其塑造的概念方法入手,详述企业形象识别系统(CIS)用于塑造城市旅游形象的可行性,把城市旅游识别战略(CTIS)导入城市旅游形象设计,并初步构建城市旅游形象塑造的一般模式:即调查诊断——定位口号——设计塑造——传播推广。文章最后笔者以厦门城市旅游形象策划为实例进行了探讨,为我国各旅游城市形象的策划提供了一个可操作性的模式。

【Abstract】 The image of city tourism is one of the key elements to attract tourists, so establishing a unique, distinct, inspiring while authentic tourist image is the core of urban tourism. After analyses the actuality of the practice and research of image of tourist city in the world, this paper intends to discuss the feasibility of establishing the image of tourist city by City Tourism Identity System which is come from Corporate Identity System, then lead the CTIS to planning the image of tourist city, and build up a popularly mode of it. It is composed of investigation and consultation, definition and tourist slogan, design, application and dissemination. In the end it is discussed by using a case of Xiamen’s tourist image. It provides a practicable mode for planning the image of tourist city.
