【摘要】 随着全球市场经济的发展和信息时代的到来，高校德育工作必须适应时代要求，加强科学性和针对性，提高实效性。本文以宁夏回族地区特殊的自然地理环境与人文环境为背景，研究了宁夏回族地区高校德育的现状，并结合回族传统文化和民族心理等民族性特征，从地域性差异和民族性差异的角度初步分析了影响和制约宁夏回族地区高校德育发展的内外因素，试图提出比较符合宁夏地区特点的高校德育改革的对策建议，以促进宁夏回族地区高校德育工作的改革与创新。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the rapid development of the global market economy and the arrival of the information era, the collegiate moral education should accelerate its own development so as to meet the demands of the new era, enforce its scientific and peculiar features and upgrade its practical values. This paper, based on the specific natural geographic environment as well the cultural and ethnic characters of Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region, studied the present status of collegiate moral education in the Region and. in accordance with the traditional Muslim culture and ethnic psychology and with the point of view in the regional difference and ethnic diversity, basically analyzed the internal and external elements that influence and restrain the collegiate moral education development, attempting to propose a corresponding policy that best fits the characteristic collegiate moral education reform in Ningxia Region, so as to accelerate the reform and innovation of the collegiate moral education in Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region.更多还原
