基于WebGIS的江苏省地价信息网研究与应用

【摘要】 地价信息网建设是新一轮国土资源大调查城市土地价格调查项目的重要组成部分，其目的是实现地价信息共享与社会化服务体系。目前，虽然一些部门、地区已经建立了自己的地价信息发布网站，但是，这些网站主要存在数据资源不足、数据更新不及时、系统应用技术过时，无法有效管理复杂空间数据等缺陷。随着当前计算机网络技术的发展以及GIS技术的发展和应用的拓宽，建立基于WebGIS的地价信息网系统，不仅具有需求上的必要性，而且具备了技术上实现的可能性。本文以MapXtreme为基础平台，结合计算机网络与Web编程技术、多媒体电子地图技术，提出了江苏省地价信息网的建设方案，并进行了系统的开发与应用工作。 本研究在阐述地价信息网相关内涵的基础上，分析了系统建设的背景和意义，主要从技术上论述了地价信息网系统设计与开发的方法，完成了南京市主城区地价信息网的调查研究、软件开发与数据库建设等工作，取得了较好的研究成果。 第一部分，笔者首先对地价、土地市场、地价信息网等基本概念的内涵进行了明晰，其次阐述系统建设的背景和意义，进行了系统的需求分析与可行性分析，并对该系统中应用的主要技术做了简要介绍。 第二部分，笔者对地价信息网的设计开发进行了详细的论述，包括系统的总体目标、功能设计、软硬件环境设计、数据组织与数据结构、数据字典、主要功能的实现、用户界面设计、系统安全设计、系统集成等。 第三部分，笔者以南京市为例介绍了该系统的测试与应用情况。 第四部分，笔者总结了在本系统研究实践中的一些体会并提出了一些建议。 在研究过程中笔者遵循理论联系实际的原则，阐述了自己的观点。本文研究之主要成果有： 1．严格遵循行业规程与技术规范，运用计算机网络技术、Web编程技术、WebGIS技术、多媒体电子地图技术，提出了江苏省地价信息网的建设方案。 2．完成了南京市主城区地价信息网系统主要功能的设计开发与部分数据采集整理工作，从而为江苏省地价信息网的建设提供了一个较为成功的范例。更多还原

【Abstract】 The building of land price information network is a important part in the item of the new round National Land and Resources Investigation City Land Price Investigation,as is for achieving the land price dynamic monitoring and the land price information sociality service system.Now some departments and districts have already construct their own web-site for land price information publication,but these web-sites have some shortcoming,such as lacking data resource,updating slowly,technology behind the times,incapable of managing complex space data.Along with the progress of computer network and GIS technic,It is necessary for requirement and possible for coming true to construct land price information network based on webgis.The author bring forward the construction scheme of land price information network in Jiangsu based on MapXtreme by making use of computer network,web programming and multimedia electronic map technology.In this paper, basing on expatiating the connotation of land price information network,the author analyse the background and significance of system construction,and discourse upon the way of land price network system design and development.at last, the author accomplish the system’s investigation and research,software development,database building,and achieve anticipate purpose.In Section A,the author firstly expounds the meanings of Land Price,Land Market,Land Price Information Network. Secondly,the background and significance are put forward,and analyse system requirement and possibility .At last,the key technologies is introduced briefly.In Section B,the author treatises the course of the construction on the information system consisting of general target, design on function,data flow.design on software and hardware,data form and data structure,data dictionary,main function’s achievement,interface design,security design,system integration etc.In Section C,the system is tested as an example of Nanjing and some harvest is obtained.In Section D,the author draw his conclusion and puts forward some advice about the information system.On the study of land price information network system,the author expatiates his own opinion,and lays stress on pratising.The results of his study are as followed:1.Strickly following national regulation and technology standard,based on computer network,web programming.webgis and multimedia electronic map technic,the author put forward the scheme for the construction of land price information network in Jiangsu.2.Accomplish main function’s design and software development,and collect some data for system testing of land price information network system in Nanjing, which will be a successful example for the construction of land price information network in Jiangsu.更多还原
