高师院校教育类课程的教学策略研究

【摘要】 教学策略是教师为了更好地把知识传递给学生,解决“怎么教更有效”的问题,其灵魂在于教师面临不同教学情境时对于教学方法的灵活性与创造性地应用。教学策略与有效教学有着密切的关系。教育类课程是高等师范院校为培养合格的基础教育师资而开设的师范专业课程,它的教学质量直接关系到未来教师的教育和教学素质,而当前该类课程的教学现状难以令人满意。国际教师教育专业化的趋势和我国基础教育课程改革对新教师的要求,迫使教育类课程进行教学改革,提高教学的有效性。 “改进教学往往要注重以心理学理论为基础的教学策略”。本文以实践与应用研究为立足点,运用学习结果分类理论、建构主义学习理论、教学过程最优化理论,分析影响教育类课程教学策略运用的教师因素、学生因素和课程因素,提出教育类课程教学策略的构想,主要包括:选择教学策略的基本规范——主体性、发展性、可操作性和优效性;教学目标的多元化决定了教学策略的多样化。并在此基础上学习和借鉴国内外教育教学改革中运用的教学策略,以改进教育类课程教学的有效性。

【Abstract】 Teaching strategy is about how can communicate knowledge to students and how can teach effectively. The focus is that teachers can use teaching methods creatively when they were confronted with different instructional situations. Educational curricula are series of professional teachers’ curricula eastablished by the teachers’ colleges to train qualitied teachers for elementary education, which directly affect the future teachers’ quality. At present, however, instruction of these curricula isn’ t satisfactory. The international trendence of being professional and the requirements of curriculum reform on basic education brings to new teachers , oblige us to reform instruction of educational curricula, and improve instructional validity.Improving instruction usually focus on teaching strategy which is based on psychological theory. Based on practical research , this article uses classified theory of learning outcomes , and constructive learning theory and theory of teaching optimum , analyses the factors of teachers, students and curricula which affect educational curricula , proposes the conceptions of the teaching strategies principles of educational curricula, mainly including: We should choose the principles of teachingstrategies-- subjective principle, developing principle, operationalprinciple and efficient principle . The multi objects of teaching requires the diversity of the teaching strategies. And on these bases, to improve validity of education curricula’s instruction,we can actively use teaching strategies which are operated in the domestic and foreign teaching reformence for reference.
