知识交易成本与虚拟企业组织形态研究

【摘要】 虚拟企业是知识经济条件下出现的一种新型企业组织形态。它具有与传统企业相异的特征、组织结构和联结方式。到目前为止，人们对虚拟企业这一新事物还未展开深刻的理论分析，因此需要一个完整的理论框架来阐明虚拟企业实质。本文在交易成本理论和企业知识理论以及知识交易成本理论先驱者的研究的基础上，阐明了知识交易成本的内涵与外延，并由此建立了一个从知识交易成本角度分析企业组织形态的理论框架。在此框架的基础上，本文解释了虚拟企业的形成、边界与组织结构、虚拟企业组织的动态运作，并对我国虚拟企业的发展现状及有关问题进行了相应的分析。 本文由以下几个部分组成：一、虚拟企业组织形态概述；二、知识交易成本的理论框架；三、知识交易成本与虚拟企业的组织形态；四、知识交易成本与虚拟企业组织的动态运作；五、知识交易成本与我国虚拟企业发展。更多还原

【Abstract】 Virtual enterprise is a new type of enterprise organization form on the knowledge economy. It is different from traditional enterprise in characters, organization structure and combination way. Many unknowns on the concept still exist, therefore a comparatively complete theoretical framework is needed. But up to now, virtual enterprise theory is not mature. On the base of predecessor research achievements, the intension and extension are elaborated on, and then, an analysis framework about knowledge transaction cost and enterprise organization is set up. On the base of the theoretical framework, the form, the boundary and the structure are explained, and then the analysis of the organization operation and the development of virtual enterprises in China is done on the view of knowledge transaction cost.There are five parts in this paper. Chapter One: Introduction of virtual enterprise organization form; Chapter Two: The analytic framework of knowledge transaction cost and virtual enterprise organization; Chapter Three: knowledge transaction cost and virtual enterprise organization form; Chapter four: knowledge transaction cost and virtual enterprise organization operation; Chapter five: knowledge transaction cost and virtual enterprise development in China.更多还原
