旋转机械故障诊断新方法的应用研究与振动监测诊断系统的开发

【摘要】 本文在对故障诊断方法与振动监测系统开发现状广泛调研和深入分析的基础上,针对火电厂大型旋转机械的运行特点,进行了故障诊断新方法的应用研究并开发了汽轮发电机组和锅炉汽动给水泵组振动监测与故障诊断系统,具体内容包括: 1)研究了神经网络和模糊矩阵的故障诊断方法,构建了BP神经网络和模糊专家矩阵对现场机械实际振动信号进行诊断。通过计算不同故障情况下齿轮箱振动信号的关联维数和布朗维数,实验研究了故障信号的分形特性。 2)针对火电厂200MW机组的特点,开发了多通道振动实时监测分析系统。该系统在电厂已有的飞利普RMS700汽轮机保护系统(TSI)的振动测点后端采集振动信号,可以对汽轮机轴振和瓦振信号实现全面监测分析,具有较强的故障诊断功能。 3)针对火电厂汽动给水泵组,开发了分布式振动监测分析系统。该系统自成体系,从传感器、前置器、采集板到软件系统均自主搭建和开发。并使用ActiveX和多层分布数据库技术实现了振动数据的局域网络发布。 上述两套旋转机械振动监测与故障诊断系统在火电厂旋转机械中得到了较好的应用,现场反映良好。

【Abstract】 The application of some new fault diagnosis methods was introduced in this paper and the feasibility of them was validated by experimentation. At the same time, Aim at different characteristic of different rotating machines, the distributed vibration monitoring and fault diagnosis systems that were applied to turbine or pump were developed. The major contents of the paper were as follows:1) The application of some new fault diagnosis methods was studied by experiment. The diagnosis method of net of nerve and fuzzy matrix was researched. The fractal geometry feature of vibration signal under deferent failure conditions is studied also, and the fractal dimensions of different failures are calculated accordingly.2) The vibration monitoring system for turbine was developed. According to the structure of turbine which capability is 200WM, the buffered transducer signal of Philip System was accessed.3) The vibration monitoring system for pump was developed. The system was separated from other DCS system. All the hardware and software were developed over again The data of vibration was transmitted and displayed on web. These systems were applied to practical projects of power plant.
