ERP在电力企业中的应用及库存管理子系统的开发

【摘要】 在采用国家电力公司信息网的基础上,各省区县电力企业虽然都不同程度地运行了相应的辅助处理系统,如财务软件、MIS系统、电费管理系统等。但系统运行平台、功能、界面各不相同,企业业务流程也存在许多问题。这就决定了本论文对传统MIS系统和ERP系统进行对比,提出了一种以实现电力企业业务流为宗旨,并能够在局域网甚至Internet上运行的企业资源管理系统-EP_ERP(即Electric Power Enterprise Resource Planning)系统。本论文从分析我国电力企业信息化现状出发,结合电力企业的行业特色和ERP的思想理论,提出了开发面向电力企业的资源计划系统-EP_ERP系统的基本构想,并以区级供电企业为例,给出了EP_ERP系统的初步模型和开发模式。然后,本论文以库存管理子系统为例,具体介绍了库存管理子系统的意义、内容和方法,并重点探讨电力企业库存管理中库存控制的相关模型。库存控制问题主要研究了物资年需求量的预测、最佳订货点及订货批量的研究、物资的ABC分析等问题,数学模型重点探讨了可变平滑参数的指数平滑法、订货批量法以及模糊综合评判法等。最后,本论文对库存管理系统进行了需求分析和系统设计,并给出了软件的具体实现。

【Abstract】 On the basis of SPInet(State Power Information Network), electric power enterprises of all kinds use assistant operating system to some degree, for example, financial software, management information system, power fee management system etc. But the operating platform, function and interface of each system are different, and there are many questions in enterprise business processes. Therefore through the comparison of MIS and ERP system, this papers puts forward Electric Power Enterprise Resource Planning system running in Intranet and Internet, which can accomplish the business process of electric power enterprise.This papers analyzes the current conditions of our electric power enterprises at first, in combination with the power industrial character and the theory of ERP, puts forward the base construction of electric power enterprise resource planning system. And taking an example of regional electric power enterprise, gives the abstract model and developing method. Then this papers takes an example of inventory management system, introduces specifically the significance, content and method of inventory management system, and discusses significantly relative models of inventory control. The problems of Inventory control comprise the forecast of material annual requirement, optimal order time and order number and the analysis of material ABC, and mathematics models involve variant index trend, order number and fuzz complex judge etc. Finally, this papers gives the requirement analysis and system design of inventory management system, and develops the software of inventory system.
