电厂设备编码与评级的研究

【摘要】 随着社会的发展,信息的管理在人类生产和经营管理中的重要性愈来愈显著。运用现代管理方法和计算机信息管理技术对火电厂设备进行科学的管理,可以提高设备的综合效率,使得设备的管理工作目的明确、有条不紊。在分析国内外编码方案的基础上,结合电厂实际情况,提出了功能位置码和系统码相结合的编码方案,具有系统性、科学性和实用性等特点。针对电厂设备众多、检修任务重的情况,对设备从可靠性、安全性、经济性多方面综合考虑,运用模糊综合判断模型和蒙特卡罗仿真法,进行合理评级,并在此基础上优化设备检修任务。具体分析电厂需求,进行了设备编码评级系统的数据库规划与结构功能设计,并开发了相应程序。以上研究将对电厂设备管理提供一定的思路与方法

【Abstract】 With the development of society, information management related to human product and administration is becoming more and more important. The management for the equipment of power plant that depends on modern management method and computer management technology can improve the overall efficiency of equipment and make management work orderly and efficient.Based on the analysis of coding scheme domestically and abroad, considering the actual circumstance of power plant, this thesis advances a coding scheme that functional code combined with system code. The new scheme has systematic, scientific and practical characteristics.As to multitudinous ness of equipment and task work of maintenance, considering the reliability, security and economy of the equipment, a fuzzy integrated judgment model and Monte Carlo simulation approach are adopted to staple the equipment and make it the base to optimize the maintenance work.After analyzing the requirement of power plant, the database is formulized and the function to the equipment coding and rating system is designed. Program related is developed too.All of these results will provide some revelation for the equipment management in the power plant
