给水泵小汽轮机的在线监测和热力计算

【摘要】 本论文的内容是建立在“山东石横电厂给水泵状态监测与维修辅助支持系统”项目基础上,涉及大型机组锅炉给水泵驱动用小汽轮机进行在线监测和热力计算,为给水泵的性能分析、故障分析以及小汽轮机的性能分析和优化、热应力计算和震动监测提供必需的数据。上述项目程序中热力计算采用传统的经典计算方法和根据实际情况对简易方法的改进方法,使用者可根据实际情况进行选择。论文中对这两种方法都有详细的介绍,并尝试性地对滑压运行的小汽轮机的热力计算方法进行了探讨和研究。

【Abstract】 Establishing on the foundation of the project of ’the monitoring state and maintenance assist support system of feed pump for 300MW unit, Shiheng Power Plant, Shandong’, this paper’s content comprise on-line monitoring and thermodynamic calculation on small steam turbine for feed water pump, and supply the necessary data for feed water pump’s performance analysis, trouble analysis and small steam turbine’s performance analysis, optimization, heat stress calculation and tremble monitoring. The thermodynamic calculation in the said project’s program uses two methods, which are traditionally classic calculation and improved simple method according to the fact. And user can choose anyone by the fact. This paper introduces in detail both of them and attempts to have a development and research about the thermodynamic calculation of the small sliding pressure running steam turbine.
