微机保护硬件平台的研究

【摘要】 随着微机继电保护的发展,一些新的保护原理和方案,特别是基于故障波形特征(暂态分量)或高频分量的保护原理,以及基于ANN(人工神经网络)和模糊集理论的智能保护方案对微机继电保护装置设计提出了更高的要求。本文在广泛收集了有关微机保护硬件平台资料的基础上,提出了新微机继电保护装置硬件平台的方案与设计。本文的主要内容包括以下几个方面:1. 本文广泛收集了有关微机保护硬件平台的资料,并查阅了国内各微机保护生产厂家的产品说明书,明确了开展本课题的意义,提出了本文研究的主要内容。2. 对微机保护硬件平台几个主要方面如CPU、数据采集和通信方式等进行了探讨,针对传统微机保护硬件平台存在的缺点以及为了适应电力系统发展对微机保护的要求,提出了新微机继电保护硬件平台的"通用"模块化设计方案。3. 在逻辑运算模块中,对保护CPU提出了几种方案进行了比较,本文采取了"基于RISC(精简指令集结构)技术的微处理器"方案进行研究,该方案采用的是Motorola公司的MPC555芯片,并重点对SPI(串行外围接口)和CANbus现场总线在硬件平台中的应用进行了探讨。4. 作为硬件平台的一部分,本文对开入开出板做了详细的研究,对开入和开出回路都均出了一些全新的硬件方案和自检措施。5. 为了提高微机保护装置的可靠性,本文对微机保护的电磁骚扰问题进行了探讨,并重点对微机保护装置开关电源的干扰机理进行了研究,并提出了一些抗干扰的措施。

【Abstract】 With the development of microprocessor relay protection,many new relay principle and project,especially some relay principles based fault wave character and high frequency,or some intellective projects based ANN and Inkling put forward more higher requirment for the design of microprocessor relay protection.Based on broadly collecting the documents about hardware platform,This paper bring up new microprocessor relay protection hardware platform’s project and design.The main work includes these:1. Broadly collecting the documents about hardware platform,and referring the instruction books of the domestic manufactor.Make sure the signifcation of this paper,put forward the main work researched in this paper.2. Discussion the main aspects of microprocessor relay protection including CPU、Data acquisition and Communication mode.Point to the fault of traditional microcomputer relay protection and for the requirment of power system’s development,put forward the new project of hardware platform.3. In the process of selection about CPU,I compared several projects,and select the project of "MCU based RISC technology" to research.The project apply the MPC555 chip of Motorola company.And emphasize to research the application of SPI and CANbus.4. As the part of the hardware platform,the I/O model block is researched,and some new hardware design and selfchecking measure applied in it.5. For improving the reliability,this paper researchs the EMC of microprocessor relay protection,and major in the research about the EMC of switching power supply,then put forward some projects about anti- jamming.
