【摘要】 本文介绍了制造企业信息系统的发展过程，即从MRP剑MRPⅡ以及ERP的发展过程，分别说明了各个特点，指出了制造业企业信息管理系统的发展方向。本文着重研究了计划子系统的原理和基本算法。从生产规划到主生产计划，再从主生产计划到物料需求计划的实现方法。给出了MRP的基本算法，并用实例计算，分析了从MPS中的计算结果到MRP计算的过程，中间依赖BOM表的原理。本文给出了几种批量方法，分析其对MRP计算影响，分析订购成本问题，给企业决策者提供有用的数据依据。研究了柔性决策方法，提出生产计划的不确定性问题，从需求的不确定性和供应的不确定性两方面分别讨论，说明了基本方法，分析了对下阶计算的影响。给出了供应链环境下的计划管理模型，最后对系统进行了最基本的实现，通过Vc++和Oracle8.05结合开发了C/S结构式计划管理信息系统。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper introduced the development process of information system in manufacturing enterprise, and namely explained the each characteristic from MRP to the MRPII and ERP development processed, and pointed out the development direction of management information system. This paper emphasized on principle and basic arithmetic of planning system. From the production plan to MPS, and from production plan to MRP with realized the method. Presenting the MRP basic arithmetic, and calculating by example, and analyzed from the calculation in the MPS to the process of MRP, depending on the principle of BOM. This paper gives the method of batch quantity rule and analyzes the influence to MRP calculation and the order cost problem, provides the useful data with the enterprise decision maker. This paper studied the flexibility decision method, and brought up the indetermination problem of the produce plan, discussed respectively the indetermination of need and the indetermination of supply, and explained the basic method, and analyzed the influence to descend rank calculation. Give the plan management model in supply chain environment, and finally r-ealized the most basic system, using Vc++ with Oracle8. 05 to develop C/S construction type plan management information system.更多还原
