继电保护故障信息分析处理系统在电力系统的应用研究

【摘要】 在电力系统发生复杂故障或开关、保护存在较多误动、拒动以及因通讯中断而发生信息丢失等诸多不确定因素的影响下,目前基于开关和保护信息的诊断方法已经不能取得令人满意效果,必须寻找新的信息源。随着继电保护及故障处理系统的建立,丰富的故障信息为诊断进一步提供了基础。本人根据电力系统目前的实际运行情况和今后的发展,提出一种利用采集信息进行分层故障诊断的方法。对于复杂故障情况下利用故障处理系统进行研究,提出了虚拟保护的诊断思想,并建立相应的面诊断模型,有效地弥补了利用开关、保护诊断的局限性。 同时针对继电保护管理信息量大,类型多等特点,提出以WEB服务器和数据服务器构成的的继电保护信息管理系统。最后对继电保护故障诊断系统中常规和高级应用如故障测距等提出了应用展望。

【Abstract】 When complex fault occurs or uncertain factors appear such as mal-operation, miss operation and missing messages because of channel disturbance, the existing power system diagnosis methods base on switch and protection messages does not provide satisfactory result, So it is necessary to use a new source of information. Along with the establishment of the information network for protective relaying and fault recorders , the plentiful recorded fault data lay a foundation for further diagnosis of the faults .According to the current operating situations of power systems and its evolution in the future, a new approach to carry out hierarchical fault diagnosis by using the collected messages is proposed. After recorded fault messages rationally, A corresponding synthetic diagnosis model is established. Thus, the limitations of using the protection and switch messages are effectively remedied.In accordance with characteristics of the large amount and various types of the management information of relay protection. At last .the conventional and advanced applications of protective relaying such as setting check and fault location are discussed.
