柔性化平面凸轮机构CAD/CAM集成系统的研究

【摘要】 本文以开发通用的柔性化平面凸轮机构CAD/CAM集成系统为目的,对相关理论和方法进行了研究和探索。 文章介绍了平面凸轮机构的设计基础:以简谐梯形运动规律为基础,归纳出的一套通用运动规律设计方法:以复极矢量为工具,根据平面曲线啮合原理建立的通用平面凸轮机构轮廓曲线计算、运动学分析和刀具中心轨迹计算等的数学模型。 为了实现平面凸轮机构的通用设计,本文采用了柔性化设计的思想,在对柔性化建模的思路、方法、过程和问题充分研究的基础上,提出了以柔性化参数集和柔性化约束集为基础的平面凸轮机构的柔性化建模方法,建立了通用的平面凸轮机构柔性化设计模型。 在平面凸轮机构的运动学仿真方面,文章提出了三维实体建模约束简化仿真的思想和方法,利用俄罗斯全柔性化软件T—FLEX CAD对数据库操作和参数化实体造型的功能,简化了平面凸轮机构的运动约束,实现了平面凸轮机构的运动学约束简化仿真。并对平面凸轮机构的运动干涉进行了深入的研究,推导出摆动平面凸轮机构的运动干涉数学模型。 文章研究了在保证凸轮轮廓曲线拟合精度的前提下生成NC代码的方法。 文章详细介绍了柔性化平面凸轮机构CAD/CAM集成软件的结构、主要功能、实现方法、使用方法和实例。最后对全文作了总结,对课题的研究作了下一步的展望。

【Abstract】 Aiming at developing software of flexible CAD/CAM Integrated system of planar cam mechanism, relative theories and techniques are discussed.Basic theories of planar cam mechanism are introduced: general purpose design method of motion-law; general mathematic model of calculation of profile, kinematic analysis and cutter centerline based on gearing principle of planar curves, which is induced by using plurality&polar coordinates vector as mathematics tool.Idea of flexible design is adopted to realize universal (for general purpose) design of planar cam mechanism. Flexible modeling method of planar cam mechanism based on flexible parameters collection and flexible binds collection is brought forward and general purpose flexible design model of planar cam mechanism is set up, according to analysis of houghts, method, procedure and problem of flexible modeling.In respect of kinematic simulation of planar cam mechanism, thought and method of 3-D modeling simulation of planar cam mechanism are brought forward. By using Russian parametric T-FLEX CAD as platform, kinematic simulation of planar cam mechanism is fulfilled. Mathematics model of kinematic interference of planar cam mechanism is induced.Method of creating NC code is researched on the condition that fitting precision is satisfied.Software structure, main function, development thoughts, usage and example are introduced. Summary and the next work of the thesis.are given.
