基于计算机支持的协同工作(CSCW)的生产调度与控制

【摘要】 当今世界已迈入信息时代,以信息技术为主导的高技术为制造业的进步提供了极大的支持,推动着制造业的变革与发展。“生产作业计划调度和监控”是计算机集成制造和面向制造企业的ERP前端关键技术之一,在制造企业信息化建设中处于重要地位,也是目前制造业信息化建设过程中的难点和薄弱环节。 本文通过对目前我国制造企业信息化的概况解决方案的分析,并重点论述了生产作业计划调度和监控系统的架构及数学模型,其中详细地阐述了如何利用一种较为先进的数学模型,将该模型与传统模型比较。在系统的实现方面,本文引入计算机支持的协同工作理论,并将该理论中的工作流管理系统模型予以实现。在理论分析的基础上,本文又结合根据康佳集团和科龙集团等多家国内先进制造企业的实际要求开发出的基于上述数学模型的完整系统,讨论了如何将该数学模型予以实现,分析了该系统的系统架构、设计模式和最终实现,以及该模型对制造企业产生的实际效果和意义。最后,基于该系统在多家企业中的实际使用情况,本文提出了制造企业信息化过程中,特别是在生产作业计划调度部分所亟需解决的问题,以及该课题进一步研究的重要意义。 面向制造企业,将先进技术与我国制造企业实际需要相结合是本文的基本指导思想。研究性、前沿性和实践性,是该课题的重要特点,其现阶段完成的系统具有创新、高效、可靠和可扩展等优点,在有效组织生产作业、推动制造企业信息化管理、决策方面发挥着巨大作用。

【Abstract】 In the information age, information technology provides manufacturing with enormous developing support. "Production Scheduling and Supervisal" that is the key technology of CMS and ERP’s front module possesses important significance of information technology processing for manufacture project, and is difficulty and weakness too.This treatise dissertates the survey of manufacture project, analyzes the solution of information management for manufacture project, and an advanced mathematics model for production scheduling is expatiated particularly. To realize the system based the mathematics model, Computer Supported Cooperative Work theoretics is addressed, and the Workflow System Reference Model is introduced. On the foundation of theory analysis for the mathematics model, a Production Scheduling and Supervisal System frame work, project and realization of which are analyzed is discussed. At the end of this treatise, given the effectiveness of the Production Scheduling and Supervisal System in manufacture enterprises, irnrninent problems of information management for the manufacture project- especially in the part of "Production Scheduling and Supervisal"- and the significance of the farther study are brought forward.Manufacture project oriented, according with the demand of Chinese manufacture enterprises is the main direction of this treatise. Research, advancing and practice is characteristic of the study system as a result of which is innovation, high efficiency, reliability and capability, and is playing a role in managing producing efficiently, information oriented management and decision-making for manufacture project.
