CAN总线在工业空调控制系统的研究及实现

【摘要】 CAN总线是目前流行的总线技术之一,是一种基于微控制器件的网络。CAN总线具有多主工作方式、传输速度快、距离远、自动解决总线竞争、自动重发功能、纠错能力强等特点。它已应用到过程控制、机械工业、机器人、医疗器械等领域。 本文首先介绍了CAN总线的发展状况和本课题的研究内容及论文结构。接着讲述了CAN总线的性能和规范,比较了CAN与传统485总线的区别,详细介绍了报文滤波的功能,CAN的帧的格式等。然后详细讲述基于工业空调联机控制系统的CAN总线节点的设计,对节点的软、硬件设计进行了详细的说明。 本研究根据系统需要设计了不同类型的CAN总线节点。节点间通讯方式多样。系统适合于一个场所多机联网控制、多楼层空调联机控制,或对多个特定的场所进行联网控制等。系统总线各个节点安装拆卸方便,不影响其它节点的功能。系统可以根据应用需要,通过不同功能节点的组合,实现点对点、广播、一对多等多种通讯方式。对普通空调的联机控制设计,系统具有一定的参考价值。系统具有扩展性,可将上位机通过特定的CAN接口器件连接,对系统进行监控。

【Abstract】 CAN (Controller Area Network)is one of popular fieldbus at present. It have many advantages such as multimaster, high transmission speed, long distance, automatic solving bus competition, automatic retransmission, strong correcting ability and so on. It has been applied into process control, machine industry, robot, medical equipment and so on.This paper first introduces the development of CAN and content of this research and structure of this paper. Then papers describe the CAN protocol , compare 485 bus with CAN, give us a detailed description of message filtering and information frame. In the end, paper introduces the CAN node based on the industrial air controlling system and node design of hardware and software.The paper design different CAN node which can communicate each other in several modes. The node can be applied in control network which is composed of many special sites or industrial workshops. It has no effect on bus to adding or removing a bus node. According to customers’ request, nodes can communicate in point-to-point mode, one-point-to-many mode, broadcast mode. The design of CAN node has reference value for common air conditioner design. The system can be monitored through personal computer which connected the CAN bus through special CAN device.
