基于DSP的有源电力滤波器的研究

【摘要】 有源电力滤波器(APF)是一种用于动态抑制谐波和补偿无功功率的新型电力电子装置,有着非常广阔的发展前景,而有源滤波的控制是影响有源滤波器性能的重要因素。数字信号处理器DSP芯片因为具有信号处理快速性特点,所以非常适合于有源滤波器的控制。 本文在分析了有源滤波的基本原理的基础上,对提出的控制算法进行了比较具体的介绍。并以DSP芯片(TMS320F240)作为核心处理芯片制作了APF实验装置,进行了初步的实验。 第一章讲述了谐波的产生和谐波污染及其危害。 第二章讲述了有源滤波器的结构和基本原理。 第三章对本实验装置中硬件电路的设计,对电流检测电路和同步信号产生电路和主电路进行了论述。 第四章讨论了基于DSP的有源电力滤波器控制算法及软件开发,谐波与无功指令电流的计算,直流侧电压的控制,并论述了采样中断子程序的流程图和过零中断子程序流程图和软件设计。 第五章讲述了APF的实验装置和实验结果图。 本项目为广州市科委重点资助项目,也是与南洋电器厂合作的项目,今后将要进行实用化开发并投产,有着广阔的发展前景。

【Abstract】 Active Power Filter(APF) is a equipment used to dynamically clearing up harmonic and compensating reactive power, APF has a fine prospect. Control of APF is very import to affect Active Signal Filter Performance. Digital Signal Processor(DSP)have the characteristic of process the signal is very quickly ,so it adapt to control the APF.A general description of the control arithmetic based on the principle of APF in this paper, and made an experiment equipment. TMS320F240 is the hard core as the processor.Chapterl discuss the harmonic and its nascence, harmonic pollution and hazardChapter2 discuss the principle and structure of Active Power FilterChapters discuss the design of hardware circuit, electric current detect circuit, synchronization signal generating circuit and main circuit.Chapter4 discuss the control arithmetic and software design based on the Digital Signal Processor. Discuss the arithmetic about the harmonic and the reactive command current, DC Side Voltage control, discuss the sampling interrupt subroutine and through the zero subroutine flow char and discuss some examples about software.Chapters discuss the experiment equipment and experiment resultThe project is the major fund item of Guangzhou technology committee. Research and Development through GuangDong University of Technology and Nanyang electrical equipment factory cooperate. In the future the experiment equipment will be manufactured and salt, has a fine prospect.
