C公司中国/波斯湾航线优化研究

【摘要】 对于一家开辟并经营若干条集装箱班轮航线的船公司而言,每条航线的经营效果,直接关系到其主营业务的效益。而且随着世界经贸形势、市场环境、企业经营战略、竞争对手情况等各方面因素的不断变化,班轮公司必须对航线作出适时的调整与优化,不断保持航线的竞争力以谋求经营效益最大化。因此,通过理论结合生产实际,系统地研究集装箱班轮航线优化问题,具有非常大的实际意义。中国/波斯湾航线是全球一条非常重要的次干航线,也是C公司的一条传统集装箱班轮航线,C公司一直非常重视中国/波斯湾航线的经营。对于C公司而言,面临的根本问题是如何在竞争激烈的航运市场,最佳地经营中国/波斯湾航线,以获得最大利润。 本文正是在这种情况下,试图对C公司的中国/波斯湾航线进行系统的探讨和研究,以得出最优航线方案,进而为集装箱班轮航线优化问题提供普遍的思路和优化方法。全文共分为四章,其中第二章至第四章为论文的主体部分。 论文的各章节内容安排如下: 第一章对国际集装箱班轮运输业和当前集装箱运输市场进行了分析。 第二章从普遍的角度,对影响集装箱班轮航线优化的基本因素以及应遵循的基本原则进行了较为深入的研究,并总结和提出了一些普遍性的结论。 第三章首先建立一个切实可行的航线经济效益测算分析模型,用来定量测算与比较不同航线优化方案的航次经济效益,为班轮公司在进行航线优化时提供重要的参考依据。然后,针对班轮公司调整优化航线时不仅要考虑经济效益、而且要综合考虑诸如服务质量、航线网络、运力安排、市场策略等众多因素的情况,运用层次分析法(AHP法),建立单航线优化层次分析模型(AHP模型),用来指导、帮助班轮公司确定航线优化最优方案。 第四章首先分析了远东/波斯湾航线的市场基本情况以及C公司的中国/波斯湾航线。然后根据第二、第三章提出和总结的各项基本因素与基本原则,结合C公司实际情况,分析、确定了C公司中国/波斯湾航线优化的备选方案。并运用上述航线经济效益测算方法和AHP模型对C公司中国/波斯湾航线进行航线优化研究,从众多优化备选方案中选择出最优方案并付诸实践。 本文运用经济学、计量经济学、航运管理理论等知识,以定量与定性、理论与实际相结合的方法较系统地研究了集装箱班轮航线优化这一课题。论文提出的解决航线优化问题的基本思路与基本方法、程序与手段,对班轮公司的集装箱班轮航线优化具有一定的理论意义与较强的实际指导意义。

【Abstract】 It is critical to its core business for a container line company to ensure the profit from its operated container lanes. To adapt to the situation of the continuous changes of the world economy, market, development strategy of enterprise’s, situation of competitor’s, a container line should timely adjust and optimize its container services to maintain its prior competition and obtain better benefit. Therefore, it is quite essential to make a systematic study on how to optimize an international container trade lane so as to improve its bottom line.China/Persian Gulf service is one of the important trade lanes for all global carriers and is also supposed to be one of the long-established service loops for C Container Lines Company. Therefore, how to optimize the China/Persian Gulf service to maximize the bottom line under current gloomy market situation has always been an important issue for C Container Lines company.This paper tries to make a systematic study and research to obtain the optimization scheme for the China/Persian Gulf service of C Container Lines Company, and this study can also provide a general method of the issue of international container trade lane optimization.This paper is composed of four chapters. Chapter two Chapter three and Chapter four are supposed to be the main parts. The major content of the paper is as follows:Chapter one makes analysis of the container transportation industry and current container transportation market.Chapter two makes a general study on the basic factors/elements that can effect on international container service optimization and the basic principles that should be followed when studying on international container service optimization. Finally, Chapter two concludes some general conclusions.Chapter three establishes two feasible quantitative mathematical models: Profit or Loss Analysis Model and AHP Model. Firstly, Profit or Loss Analysis Model can quantitatively calculate the Profit or Loss of an international container service and can provide important evidence for the optimization of container services. Then, considering that container lines company should both calculate the profit or loss of each plan and should synthetically take into account many other factors such as service quality, network of service, ship’semployment, market plan etc,. Chapter three establishes the AHP Model to assist the liner company in the decision-making to choose an optimization international container trade lane from several schemes have been produced.Chapter four analyzes the basic market situation of Far East/Persian Gulf service and makes a study on China/Persian Gulf service of C container line company’s firstly,.And then, it studies and concludes optimization schemes of this service, according to the basic factors and basic principles mentioned in Chapter two and Chapter three, Finally, it makes use of the two optimization models mentioned in Chapter three to China/Persian Gulf lane of C Container Lines company and concludes the optimal scheme. This optimal scheme shall be applied to business practice, which can prove the feasibility of the models.This paper adopts some theories of economics, quantitative economics, marine management etc. to study the optimization of container service. The paper puts forward the general views, principles, models, methods and procedures, which can be served as guidelines to the practice of a container trade lane optimization.
