东沟船闸改造工程设计方案论证

【摘要】 为了加速上海国际航运中心和上海港集装箱码头的建设,上海内河航道整治已经提上了议事日程。整治完成后的上海内河航道将成为外高桥集装箱港区和洋山深水港区的集装箱集疏运通道之一。 目前,上海内河航道等级低、船闸通航条件差,是开展内河集装箱运输的障碍,因此,上海内河航道整治中内河船闸改造刻不容缓,作为内河航道整治的配套工程船闸改造必需同步进行。 本论文以赵家沟航道整治工程为依托,运用航道工程理论与方法、工程经济理论与方法、工程可行性分析法和工程项目经济评估方法,利用所学的知识对东沟船闸改造工程方案进行了总体设计和技术经济论证。 本论文共分四章:第一章主要介绍了原东沟船闸的地理位置和营运现状,说明了船闸在航道建设和水资源综合利用中的作用及东沟船闸改造的必要性;第二章 东沟船闸改造的主要技术因素确定 其中包括东沟船闸过闸货种和货运量发展的预测,并确定东沟船闸的设计代表船型及营运组织;第三章 东沟船闸改造工程设计 本章通过船闸改造工程主要技术参数:船闸规模、尺度、设计水位和高程等的确定,设计了二个船闸改造方案,包括钢筋混凝土整体坞式闸首结构、闸室和闸门的设计,并选定了启闭机的主要技术参数和型式;第四章 采用了工程项目经济评估方法对东沟船闸改造工程二个设计方案进行全面综合比较后,确定了推荐方案。在此基础上,对推荐方案进行了经济评价指标计算和经济敏感性分析,论证了本设计方案的经济可行性。 本文的主要结论: 第一、本设计方案的船闸最大通过能力能够满足运量发展的需要。 第二、本设计方案经济论证表明,方案的国民经济评价各项指标均好,其中经济内部收益率为16.59%;经济净现值为正值;经敏感性分析能承受船舶过闸增量较大变化的风险,本设计方案的经济效益显著。 第三、东沟船闸改造改善了船舶运行条件,将减少过闸船舶的船损和货损事故;将有利于充分发挥内河运输运运量大,成本低,污染小的优势;并能兴水利、除水害、防止岸坡坍塌和水土流失,保护耕地,绿化环境,美化景观,具有良好的社会效益。

【Abstract】 For the purpose of speedup construction of Shanghai International Shipping Centre and Shanghai container terminal, schedule of renovate on Shanghai inland waters is a must. Renovated Shanghai inland waters will become to a part of container transport system of Wai Gaoqiao container terminal and Yang Shan deep-water port.Presently, it’s a obstruction of developing inland waters transportation that inland waters channel is in a condition of low level and limited capacity of lock on the channel. Therefore, lock on the channel must be reconstructed at once, together with the hole channel’s renovate.The paper concentrates on the reconstruction of Zhao Jiagou channel, applying fairway engineering theory & method, engineering economy theory & method, engineering feasibility analysis method and engineering project economy evaluation method to draw out blue print of Dong Gou Lock renovation project and giving out the engineering economy proof.The whole paper includes four chapters. Chapter one introduces geographic position and current performance of Dong Gou Lock, explaining the importance of channel lock and the necessity of reconstructing lock. Chapter two ascertains main technological factor of Dong Gou Lock reconstructing, including forecast the cargo and volume through the lock to reason about representative type of vessel designed for through the lock and its operation organize. Chapter three design the renovate engineering through ascertaining the main technological factor scale of the lock, dimension, designed water level and altitude, including design of structure of the lock, lock chamber and lock gate, and select the main technological factor and pattern of headstock gear. Chapter four draws a comprehensive compare of the two design scheme of the renovate project with engineering project economy evaluation method , and makes out the recommended scheme, and furthermore, to calculate the economic evaluation index of the recommended scheme and makes the economic sensitivity analysis of the scheme and finally demonstrate economic feasibility of the scheme.The main conclusion of this paper is shown as follows:First, the lock’s maximum throughput capacity of this designed scheme meets the demand of transportation volume that will increase in the future.Second, economic reasoning of this designed scheme demonstrate that economic evaluation indexes are in good status and economic benefit is obvious.Finally, the renovate of Dong Gou Lock improve navigation circumstance of vessels and it will minimize ship’s collision and cargo damage accident and it also has advantage of low cost, low pollution, environment friendly, good view of nearby circumstance and so on.Shen Wei (Communication Transportation) Directed by ..Answering Date: Mar 28th 2002
