空调压缩机用铸铁型材的工艺、组织与性能

【摘要】 本文从工程应用角度对铸铁水平连铸ZSL-02生产线的主控制系统作了相应的改进,提高了牵引机控制系统的动态特性、停车制动特性、抗电网干扰能力,满足了空调压缩机用小直径铸铁型材的生产工艺对硬件设备的要求。 通过生产对比试验研究了空调压缩机用小直径铸铁型材的化学成分与组织的关系;水平连铸条件下合金灰铁型材表层碳化物的控制方法;石墨形态和基体组织的控制工艺;优异的综合力学性能指标的控制措施。生产出了成分、组织、性能达到空调压缩机滚动活塞性能要求的铬钼铜低合金灰铁型材。 同时,本文针对空调压缩机用铸铁型材的成分、组织及性能之间的关系结合与普通铸铁型材的差异进行了探讨,从显微组织及断口分析着手,对其具有高性能的成因作了理论分析。结果表明:在大的冷却速度和合金元素的共同作用下,铸铁型材获得了发达的树枝晶、细小的共晶团、近似蠕虫状且非常细小的D型石墨、大量的珠光体和极少量的铁素体基体组织,从而使铸铁型材具有了非常优良的综合力学性能。

【Abstract】 In this thesis, the capability of HCC ZSL-02 line’s main control-system was improved in view of application of engineering, the dynamic characteristic and brake-staff and the ability of anti-jamming of main control system were advanced. At the same time, the request of the draught apparatus was satisfied for HCC technology of the small diameter grey iron bars.The connection of chemical composition and microstructure of small diameter grey iron bars applied to air-condition compressor, and the method of controlling and settling carbonization in the surface layer of alloy-grey iron bars, and the techniques of controlling graphite morphology and matrices, and the measurement of excellent comprehensive mechanical properties were researched. The Cr-Mo-Cu low alloy grey iron bars had been produced, which chemical composition & microstructure & mechanical properties reached the demand of R/P of air-condition compressor.At the same time, it was discussed on the difference and the relationship of chemical composition & microstructure & mechanical properties between the applied to air-condition compressor bars and the common bars, the reason of excellent mechanical properties was analysed in theory that based on the analysis of microstructure and section. Results showed that being effected of the great cooling rate and alloy elements, the grey iron bars obtained well-developed primary austenite dendrite and very fine eutectic cell, vermicular-like and very fine D-type graphite, and mass of pearlite but a few of ferrite, as a result, the bars had very excellent comprehensive mechanical properties.The research is supported by school youth scientific fund
