基于WebGIS的水电厂群可视化管理信息系统应用研究

【摘要】 本文以基于WebGIS的电站群可视化管理信息系统的研究、设计和应用为背景,对WebGIS系统中的数据模型、数据结构、数据存储、WebGIS的几种实现方法等进行了研究和探讨,为解决分布式数据系统和WebGIS系统之间数据共享和交互的问题,引入了Agent技术设计思想,提出了基于Agent的WebGIS体系结构设计方案。最后结合论文研究的具体实例,开发出具有开放、易操作、易扩充的管理信息系统。 系统以生产运行及应用为基础,构筑综合信息资源共享平台,具有基于WebGIS的电子地图的缩放、漫游等基本操纵功能和丰富的图文查询功能。系统充分利用了关系数据库管理系统的管理机制,实现了空间数据和非空间数据的一体化管理;同时,在不改变现存系统的基础上,屏蔽了数据平台的异构性,增加了系统的灵活性和可扩展性;系统解决了分布式数据系统和WebGIS系统之间数据共享和交互的问题,实现了远程客户对实时数据的可视化查询和监视;系统为及时了解生产运行信息提供了重要途径,实现了跨平台、跨地域的生产可视化信息发布和共享。

【Abstract】 Data model ,data structure, data storage ,and realization methods of WebGIS is researched in this paper with researching ,designing ,and applying visual management information system(MIS) of hydropower station Group. In order to solve the problem of data share and exchange between Distributed Database (DDB) and WebGIS, Agent method is introduced and Agent based structure design scheme of WebGIS is presented. At last, an open, easy to operate and expend Management Information System of Hydropower Stations Group is developed as an application example. The MIS of Hydropower Station Group based on WebGIS mentioned above is based on practical manufacture operation and application, and builds integrated information share platform with functions of zoom and cruise of electric map and query of images and words. By taking full advantage management mechanism of Relational Data Base Management System (RDBMS), common management of spatial and non-spatial data is realized, simultaneously, difference of data platform is weakened and flexibility and extensibility of the system is enhanced without change of existent system; In this system, the problem of data share and exchange between DDB and WEBGIS is resolved and the visual query and monitoring of real-time data of remote user is realized; The system supply the way of acquisition of operation information, and the publish and share of visual operation information of multi-platform and multi-region is realized in this system.
