【摘要】 本文对目前以强劲势头发展的WEBGIS技术进行了深入的研究。从了解WEBGIS技术的国内外发展现状，到深入分析该技术的研发过程、支撑技术、数据组织及多种构建方式，从理论上掌握了开发WEBGIS应用系统的必要技术，并通过比较分析，确定了适合作者环境的系统平台、功能模块、网络拓扑结构等。课题不仅仅停留在对理论的研究上，更将所掌握的理论应用于实践，开发出一个实用的WEBGIS物业管理系统——YQWYGIS，充分体现出了所学理论的正确性和现实意义。该系统不仅具有电子地图的常用功能，如放大、缩小、漫游等，还具有强大的查询功能和空间定位功能。由于本系统提供了电子地图数据库接口，因此具有很好的开放性和通用性。在本文中，作者还深入分析了研发过程中遇到的诸多重点、难点，如空间数据的存储方式、JDBC连接池的运用、空间数据上载至数据库后样式丢失的解决办法等，为今后研究的不断深入打下了坚实的基础。更多还原

【Abstract】 The paper has a in-depth research on WEBGIS technology which has been developing with a rapid progress. From knowing the domestic and international development actuality of WEBGIS technology, to analyzing research procedure, supporting technology and data organization about it, we had mastered’the necessary technology to develop a real WEBGIS system, and through comparison, we chose a suitable system environment, function modules, architecture and network topological structure. In research we paid attention not only to the theory, but also to practice, and developed an applied WEBGIS garden-property management system, named YQWYGIS, which put up the theory’ s correctness and practical signification. The system not only has the common functions with electronic map, such as zoom in, zoom out, pan etc. , but also has powerful search and space orientation functions. Owing to providing a database interface for electronic map, the system has well open and universal property. In this paper, author also analyses some emphases and difficulties during the research procedure, such as the memory forms of spatial data, the usage of JDBC connection pool, the uploading of spatial data etc., which established a well foundation for the future research.更多还原
