基于Visual C++和MATLAB C++数学库的动平衡软件的研究和开发

【摘要】 动平衡技术是一项从上世纪初开始发展的对旋转机械平衡的技术。随着电子技术、数字信号处理以及计算机技术的高速发展,使动平衡技术也得到了相应地发展。 本文利用优秀的软件开发平台Visual C++6.0和具备高效算法的MATLAB C++数学库,采用面向对象和基于组件的高级软件技术开发了一个基于个人计算机的动平衡软件系统。该系统与以往的基于单片机的系统相比具有很多的优点。 软件的通用性很好,可以对单转子或双转子旋转机械动平衡,旋转机械的校正面个数毫无限制,甚至,转子的校正面个数可以小于测振点的数目。而基于单片机的系统由于它自身系统资源的限制,无法在一台仪器上实现这么多的功能。 软件的测试和数据处理系统精度高,误差小,软件动平衡的效果优于用单片机开发的动平衡仪器。软件的框架很稳定,在已有的框架上可以很容易地扩展软件的功能。由于采用了面向对象和组件的技术,因此软件维护的代价也很低。同时,该系统具备良好的用户界面,根据旋转机械的测振点数目不同有不同的界面,可以很方便地观察动平衡过程中的各种数据和信号的时域,频域波形。 在基于数字信号处理理论的基础上提出了一种适用于微速差双转子系统的动平衡方法。经过大量试验验证,这个方法比用不解拍的方法无论从稳定性还是减振效果上都很优越。同时,通过试验验证了微速差双转子系统两个转子可以同时进行动平衡操作,从而可以大大地提高工作效率。

【Abstract】 Dynamic balancing is a technology to rotating machinery which have being developed from the beginning of last century. The dynamic balancing technology is developing with the rapid development of electronic technology, digital signal process and computer.The software system of dynamic balancing is based on DOT (Object-Oriented Technology) and COM (Component Object Model) was constructed by the first-rate software development kit ?Visual C++6.0 and the efficient algorithms library MATLAB C++ math library. It is suitable for personal computer. It has much advantage than Single chip microcomputer system.The compatibility of software system is very good. It can balance any correction plane of one rotor or two rotors rotary machanic, moreover, the number of correnction planes may less than the number of spots of measure vibration. Howerver, the system based on Single chip microcomputer can not achieve so much capacity because of the shortage of resource itself.The precision of measurement and data processing is very high and the deflection of the system is very little. The effect of dynamic balancing of software precede the apparatus which based on Single chip microcomputer. The framework of software is very stable. The function of software is very easily amplifyed based on the framework. Adopted the technology of OOT and COM, so the maintenance of software is very easy. At the meanwhile, the system have a friendly interface to exchange with users.A new dynamic balancing method on dual-rotor system with slightly different rotating speed is firstly investigated based on the theory of digital signal processing. The effect of dynamic balancing and the stability of the new method precede the without resolving beat method. It is testified by a number of experiments that the two rotors of dual-rotor system with slightly different rotating speed can be balanced at the same time.
