杏树岗油田酸化解堵工艺技术研究

【摘要】 本文针对杏树岗油田低渗透储层吸水厚度低、吸水能力较差的问题,通过对杏树岗油田低渗透储层敏感性评价和储层伤害机理的研究,详细分析了造成该油田注水井吸水厚度低的原因。在大量室内实验的基础上,研究开发出了针对性较强的酸化解堵工艺技术。本文完成的主要工作有: 1、对地层的矿物组成、注入水水质等进行了调查和分析,在该油田储层敏感性评价实验及堵塞因素分析实验的基础上,确定了该油田的地层敏感性特征及堵塞特点,从而为酸化解堵工艺技术的研究奠定了基础。 2、在大量实验的基础上,研究出CYO2酸化液。并进行了综合性能的测定。室内评价实验及物理模拟实验结果表明,该酸化解堵剂对于地层及地层堵塞物具有较强的溶解能力,不破坏地层骨架,具有低伤害的特点,该酸化液可提高地层基质渗透率达98%,堵塞后地层渗透率恢复率达120%以上。 3、通过理论计算,确定了注入压力、最大泵注排量、液量等施工参数;研究了固体暂堵剂;确定了具体的现场施工工艺。 4、现场进行了11口井试验,介绍了总的试验效果并进行了单井分析和经济效益分析,分析结果验证了该技术现场应用的可行性。 本文在酸化解堵剂研究及施工工艺研究方面,主要完成以下工作: 1、通过对油田上常用粘土稳定剂的测定和比较,最后确定采用聚季胺盐和无机盐复配的NW粘土稳定剂较为适宜。 2、由YS与ZBS复配形成TLJ络合剂,通过与其它络合剂进行对比,显示了该络合剂在抑制Fe(OH)3沉淀方面的优越性。 3、采用达西渗流公式,以取得最大效益为原则,确定了不同堵塞类型井的酸化半径,并预测了最大效益。 4、研究了CY-4暂堵剂,解决了现场酸化施工中的酸液分流问题。 最后,本文对大庆油田酸化解堵工艺技术的发展进行了展望,并对大庆油田酸化解堵工艺技术的发展提出了一些看法。

【Abstract】 In Xing Shu Gang oil field,high content of clay mineral in low permeability formation cause serious formation damage.Injection wells have problems of little hygroscope thickness and low hygroscope capacity.This work,on the basis of the sensitivity study of low permeability formation and damage characterization of Xing Shu Gang oil field,has summarized CY02 aciding reformation technology of oil formation.The main results and contributions of this paper are as follows:1. On the basis of surveying and analysis on the mineral composing and injected water quality, together with sensitivity study of low permeability formation and damage factors of Xing Shu Gang oil field,we summarized sensitivity characterization and damage characterization,thereby provided the foundation for the research of the acidizing technology.2. Performance of CY02 and has been measured.the experiments indicate that this acid has a remarkable characterization of low damage.lt can increase the penetrability of the matrix and logged matric to 98% and 120% respectively.3. By theoretical calculation, parameters of injection pressure, maximum discharge capacity, injection volume have been decided. Solid temporary plugging agent has been researched, and it’s field application technique has been determined.4. 11 wells has been applied with this technique. Total results and single well analysis, economic benefit have been conducted which ensures the feasibility of this technology.Following work has been finished.1. By comparing clay stabilizing agent used in oilfield, we determined NW clay stabilizing agent composed of poly-quaternay amines and inorganic salt.2. TLJ agent made up of Ys and ZBS has superiority on restrain Fe(OH)3 deposition.3. We adopted Darcy seepage formula to decide acidifying radius’to reach max-benefit.4. We ’solved the problem of acid liquid distributary by researching CY-4 temporary plugging agent.This paper also predicts development of technologies of acidification and plugging removal, and gives some suggestions to them.
