安全监测系统的集成与研究

【摘要】 本文立足于安全监测系统的集成,主要分理论支持和实践应用两个方面对课题加以研究。在理论支持方面,论文从硬件系统集成、网络技术和网络安全、软件系统集成三个部分对整个大系统的集成提供子系统的集成:在硬件系统集成部分,具体介绍了测量控制单元MCU,然后引出智能仪器,通过对智能仪器概念和结构特点的叙述,深入研究了智能仪器的各项关键技术;在网络技术和网络安全部分,首先引入现场总线的定义和特点,在探讨了现场总线的现状、发展前景及发展所遇到的问题后,重点论述了以OSI参考模型为核心的网络通信协议和实际中应用最广泛的工业以太网,最后讨论了网络安全问题;在软件系统集成部分,首先从软件集成的标准问题出发,在探讨了软件集成的框架设计思想和开发平台及开发工具的选择之后,重点研究了组态软件在安全监测系统中的应用。在实践应用方面,详细介绍了笔者亲自参与实施的工程——太浦闸大坝安全监测系统,包括系统简介,扬压力、裂缝、水平位移和垂直位移的定义,各种测量方法的比较,仪器的选型以及仪器的结构,系统的网络拓扑结构,各测点的布置以及仪器的标定测试,系统软件和应用软件,智能仪器与上位机的通信,实际系统的主要界面。为了论文的完整性,介绍了大坝安全监测专家系统。通过以上内容对前述章节提供的理论支持加以佐证。最后,论文进行了总结并对系统的前景给出了展望。

【Abstract】 The thesis bases itself upon the integration of the secure supervising and measuring system and it is divided mainly into two parts to study the problem: the theory sustentation and the practice application. In the theory sustentation, the thesis offers the integration of the subsystems to the integration of the big whole system from three parts: the integration of hardware system, the network technology and the network security, the integration of software system. In the integration of hardware system, the measure control unit is concretely introduced and the intelligent instruments is educed, and then diversified pivotal technology of the instruments are studied deeply through the depiction of the conception and structural character of the intelligent instruments. In the network technology and the network security, the definition and character of the fieldbus is educed firstly, after the actuality and the developing foreground and the faced problems during the developing course are discussed, the network communication protocols cored by the Open System Interconnect Reference Model and the industry ethemet which is most widely applied in practice are dissertated emphatically, the problem of the network security is discussed lastly. In the integration of software, departed from the standard problem of the software integration firstly, after the discussion of the frame design ideology of the software integration and the selection of the developing flat roof and the developing tools, the application of the configuration software in the secure supervising and measuring system is dissertated emphatically. In the practice application, the project ?the large dam secure supervising and measuring system of Taipu Brake, which the penman participated himself, is introduced in detail, which includes the system synopsis, the definition of the pressure, the crack, the horizontal displacement and the vertical displacement, the compare of diversified measuring methods, the choice of the instruments and the configuration of the instruments, the system network topology configuration, the collocation of various metrical dots and instruments’ demarcating and testing, the system software and the application software, the communications between the intelligent instruments and the primary interfaces of actual system. For the sake of the thesis integrality, the large dam secure supervising and measuring expert system is introduced. Through the above content the evidence is offered to the theory which sustains the forward chapters. Lastly the summarization is provided and the foreground of the system is expected.
