发电企业战略型管理信息系统的研究与开发

【摘要】 面对着“全球化、知识化、信息化”这样一个趋势,信息管理工作将在现代化企业中发挥越来越重要的作用。传统的发电企业MIS系统,系统模块多是针对部门级的应用而设计的,系统集成性差,信息资源的利用效率与利用水平不高。本文提出了战略型管理信息系统的概念,强调信息管理与企业管理的有机结合,注重企业的全面整合应用,最终达到提高企业的管理水平和工作效率,提高经济效益的目标。 论文简单回顾了管理信息系统的概念、结构和特点,分析了MIS建设的不足之处和面临的挑战,指出了当前企业信息管理中存在的问题以及在新形势下企业MIS建设应注意的关键问题。论文重点介绍了战略型管理信息系统的概念、特点及开发方法,以华润电力公司为例,具体阐述了发电企业战略型管理信息系统的系统目标、总体规划设计及实施方案等问题,并就其中的一个子系统进行了详细介绍。 基础数据的正确、完整是企业MIS建设的基石,而发电企业的生产实时数据是生产管理信息系统的最根本数据,因此论文最后详细阐述了基于PI系统的生产实时管理子系统。分析了PI实时数据库的特点,指明选择PI系统作为生产实时系统数据库的原因;对生产实时系统的结构配置、逻辑建立、接口情况及系统可以达到的功能进行了说明。

【Abstract】 Along with the trend of globality, knowledge and information, the management of information will play a more important role in modern enterprises. The system modules of traditional management information system (MIS) of electric power plant are generally designed for respective departments. So the integration of system is not good, and the efficiency and level of utilization are not high. This paper proposes conception of strategic MIS, emphasizing the integration of management and information, paying much more attention to the comprehensive application, in order to attain the goal of improving management level and work efficiency.The paper reviews the conception, framework and characteristics of management information system, analyses the limitations of traditional MIS and the challenge in face of it, also the paper points out the problems in enterprise information management along with some crucial aspects which we should pay much attention to when we carry out the enterprise MIS project. Then the paper emphasizes the conception, characteristics and development methods of strategic MIS. Following it takes a successful example of HuaRun electric power plant, presenting the analysis, planning, design and development of the electric power plant strategic MIS project, and elaborates on a management subsystem.The exactness and integrity of basic data are the foundation stone in enterprise MIS project. As concerning the electric power plant, the real time data during production is its fundamental data. So in the end, the paper discusses real time management subsystem based on PI real time database. It analyses the characteristic of PI database, and demonstrates the reasons of selecting PI real time database. Also illuminates configuration, connection and function of the real time management subsystem and so on.
