疏浚泥泵与管道水力输送实验系统的研制

【摘要】 我国江河湖库淤积严重,疏浚整治任务十分繁重。然而,长期以来国内有关疏浚技术与设备的实验研究条件十分薄弱。 本文研制的疏浚泥泵与管道水力输送实验系统,主要用于疏浚泥泵性能及管道固液两相流的测试研究。作者积极动手参与了整套实验系统的设计、安装及调试等具体工作。利用LabVIEW语言开发了数据采集与处理软件;为确保实验系统的安全及稳定运行,设计开发了一套经济实用的多路测温报警仪表,目前已成功应用于上述实验系统。另外,汽蚀一直是水力机械的难点问题,在阅读大量相关资料的基础上,积极参与设计了泥泵汽蚀试验装置。本文所作的工作为疏浚泥泵与管道水力输送实验系统的实验研究打下了坚实的基础。

【Abstract】 In China, there is a huge amount of sediment deposited in rivers, lakes and reservoirs, which makes treatment by dredging very arduous and difficult. However, the experimental facilities in China for dredging technology are rather poor.Dredging pump and hydraulic transport experimental system proposed in this paper is mainly used for the experimental study of dredging pump performance and the solid-liquid two-phase flow in pipelines. The author actively paticipates in the design, installation, and trial tests of this experimental system. A data acquisition and processing software is developed by using Lab VIEW. In order to guarantee the safe and steady operation of the experimental system, a multipoint temperature measurement and alarm instrument with economical uitility is developed and it has been successfully used in the above system. In addition, cavitation is a difficult problem in hydraulic machinery. On the basis of a great deal of literature review, the author is also involved in the design of cavitation test facility. The work of this paper lays the solid foundation for the experimental research on dredging pump performance and hydraulic transport properties.
